What I experienced at Peet's coffee the other morning, was nothing shy of a busy coffee house, a well run staff, all working cohesively and happily! The camaraderie between the employees there and how that affects the customers was actually really beautiful. I waited a while for my coffee and it was worth all the wait and more. It seemed like no one cared about their phone for a minute or 10 I should say, and everyone seemed content by the energy of a really happy environment! Thought I would share that. The rest of my day went really well because of how I left feeling about humanity for those 10 minutes! Thank you ❤️
This is the best Peet's I've been too. The staff are awesome and Sky (not sure if I spelled her name right) but she is the sweetest. The bathrooms also don't smell as bad as Starbucks. They always have a table and outlet available to study and it's overall vibe is pretty chill. Just sayin
Staff was friendly and efficient. Line was still somewhat long. The complimentary coffee that came with my beans was pretty bland. The beans smelled really good.

The items they have are all delicious, but the staff around the evening time are kinda rude. The staff in the morning though..... they are AMAZING!! So kind and remember my order anytime I/we come in. They are THE BEST! ???
My drink was not made after ordering it on the mobile app. 2nd time this has happened in the the last few months. I patiently waited 15 mins in the store after notifying staff that my my order was missing . Staff didn't seem to care to remake my drink as a priority. It took a total 36 mins to finally receive my drink. RIDICULOUS! Cotati Peets has better service.
Pete's coffee is great, they always have such personal service. My favorite drink is a London Fog, They make the best one in town!It's a hot tea drink, It's like drinking Dessert, but not to sweet. In fact just writing this review is making me crave one, I've gotten go get one now.
This Peet’s had incredibly nice people and a great selection of food. The service was quick and the food was great too. One of my favorite Peet’s I’ve been to so far!
