I usually go to the papa Murphys in Cotati, but today I decided to go to the one down the street from where I live. The worker seemed bothered that we walked in. First thing she greeted us with was "hi did you place an online order?" I answered no, and she seemed annoyed and told me she would be right with me. She then walked across to the cash register, as she was rubbing her face and eye with her hands that had missing acrylics nails. I asked her if she had a family size special. She barely let me finish talking and said interrupted me and said "yea we have 3 options", and proceeded to read them to me very fast. I said yes, and she said "ok which one". I ordered and she said rudely "is that all?" I said yes. She scratched her head, then rushed to ring me up, went to the back and grabbed the pizza, seemed bothered because I asked for the receipt, she had no name tag on, and the name on the receipt was a males name.This work crew needs some training. I get it's a quick grab and go, but as a customer that type of service does not make me want to go back there.
Just went and picked up a heart shaped pizza. It’s super good and love baking pizza at home. Would highly recommend
Quality and affordably priced salads, better than any other other place I know except perhaps from Costco or at higher end grocery stores at much higher prices.
Thay we're out of everything only taking online orders so that didn't have to except snap benifits. Worse pizza experiance in years.
High quality ingredients makes for a tasty meal! The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because I am not a fan of the parking situation at this location and during my last visit...which was my first visit in a few years, I wasn't impressed with the way the supervisor spoke to the employees.
I called today to try and order two pizzas for my kids for Halloween. I politely asked if they were open tomorrow and the man laughed and said why wouldn’t they be. I was then told by the man that picked up that no matter if I order now or just come in tomorrow that I was going to have to wait 2 hours. I told him that’s fine that I wanted to order for an early pick up and was told with attitude that it’s the busiest day of the year and that I should probably go somewhere else. I politely said that’s fine I’ll take my business elsewhere and he hung up on me. I will never be going to this location ever again but I will also suggest all family and friends to go elsewhere too. I called a competitor and they were more than happy to take my order for tomorrow.
One of my favorite places to go. Good pizzas, salads and good prices. Nice workers.
Worst place. I didn't even get to eat the pizza the dough was bad so sour and meat tasted old it was just old. I used to always go here ever since 2005 but yesterday was a wow? I tried calling for a refund nobody answered to talk to someone. Kids didn't like it either they noticed it tastes odd. I won't be going here ever again
Sad. Papa Murphy has good pizza, bored staff. Used to be wonderful!
On Tuesdays they have a sale that is $12.00 for a large up to 5 toppings. Limits apply like no stuffed crust... Pizza was good and a great price.
