I had a great experience here! The individual that helped me was fantastic service with a smile in every interaction. I could tell that the employees here liked their job and they didn’t mind doing it I truly felt like I was being taken care of no matter what my needs were the restaurant was clean it was full of positive energy.
Drive through was soooo slow. Took 45 minutes for 1 sandwich. Made me late for work. Food has been good over time and consistent. But staff is very slow. I saw 4 workers walking around and it took 45 minutes. ?
It's may and Strawberry Poppyseed salad time one of the best tasting salads anywhere for any price to go along with all the rest of the quality fresh items on their menu I eat at panera quite frequently
This place used to be my favorite over Starbucks but now I won't ever go back they take forever, so one time I ordered through the app and went in for the first time to see if they where just short staffed like most places, they had a ton of people in there.One girl was telling a story and 3 of the people bagging and taking orders where listening to her saying F-in this and that and I watched another girl pick my sandwich out if bag 3 times before finally putting it on counter almost 10 mins late not even say my name or anything so when I went and grabbed it and didn't say anything since why would I say thank u after a experience like that and the girl that did that bagging was like REALLY! Like she was taken back by by the fact u didn't say thank you for her poor service. Can't wait for Dutch brothers so I can get my coffee and food at a better place!
They have really good bagels, great drinks, decent food and the kids love it. It’s not to expensive and they have good deals.
This place is delicious and the food seems way more healthy than most. I love that they have a drive thru but be prepared to wait.
The new Signature Chicken Sandwich is a joke!!! It was dry, no flavor…chicken was dry, poor seasoning….small. All for $15.00…..should’ve been more like $6.00. Never again.
Where do I start, ordered half Caesar there was lettuce that was bad in this salad and found a big piece of plastic wrap mixed in with it which I almost ate. My kids mac and cheese was luke warm, if that. All the tables were dirty. The manager did refund me for my pick 2 and offer more food but after that, it will be a no from me for now on.
I went to Panera bread last night to get my free birthday pastry. They were out of the cookie I wanted but go a chocolate chip one which was good. I ate it this morning. I was also thirsty so i got an iced raspberry tea which was super refreshing. I always enjoy the food here so will be returning for sure.
