The use cornstarch instead of flour in many items. Amazing sushi, honey walnut prawns just to name a few! Wide range of delicious sake too❣️
Had a dad- daughters lunch here and the sushi was excellent,. Each of had a different selection and shared a bite of each. Champagne prawn appetizer was over the top. Service was great and the atmosher was nice. deserves a return trip.

Nice place.. very quiet on a Saturday before noon. Sushi was good, not the best I've ever had but I would go back.
Excellent Japanese dining. At lunch I love their poke bowl. For dinner, I get their bento box or the chef's choice sashimi and rice.

This review is for those like me who really like Japanese food other than Sushi. It's was five years since I had been to Osake. I had liked it before but had forgotten just how good it is. My friend I had lunch today and had their prawn and vegetable tempura and chicken teriyaki with a side of sudomono, along with miso soup and sticky rice. All were done perfectly and served quickly. So, go for the sushi if you must but try everything on the menu. I won't wait another five years before going bsck.
