First off, the ice cream was very good. However, the staff here are awful. One gal with a pony tail was moderately helpful but the other staff member was rude, yelled at us for not knowing what toppings we wanted and is an overall miserable person. This is an ICECREAM SHOP! Smile. Be happy. Odd that your sign says “only good vibes in here” but you employ angry folk like this.Second: No samples? Due to COVID? You understand COVID isn’t going away, correct? So I assume there will never be samples again? They must have really been cutting in to the bottom line. It makes it difficult on folks to decide what to get when you can’t sample it.Third: y’all were out of a lot of stuff. That’s super disappointing. I understand things are hard to get but damn. All in all, if you want to run the anger gauntlet for some flavorful ice cream this is your place. If you don’t like being yelled at, there’s better options in town
if you appreciate good quality, not your run of the mill ice cream, then this is your place! Ice cream is just, that good. I appreciate the unique flavors, it is creamy, and not too sweet. My favorite is probably the black sesame. They do offer a gluten free cupcake option which is nice and macaroons which are good. I can’t comment on the pies and cakes but my husband has really loved some of them (not all). Service, I have never had an issue. Location, if you are in the area its good but if you are looking to stop in and get some ice cream then maybe not so great. There will always be a parking issue at this location. But even with that this place is that good. It’s small so if they are busy you will want to take your treats outside. A must try for ice cream!
This location of Noble Folk is located in downtown Santa Rosa on 4th Street. We went in the evening so not really busy. They definitely have interesting ice cream flavors with some being in the menu all the time and other flavors being seasonal. The flavors were pretty good but a little gimmicky. The pie they had also looked good but we didn't try any in this trip. Good location across from the Old Courthouse Plaza. If there are other ice cream stores would consider them in the hunt next time but certainly would go back here if no alternate choices.
Absolutely wonderful ice cream! The pies looked amazing in the display, but we were only there for ice cream!
I was here with friends yesterday after work. The good service was the best part of the experience and I like the creative twists on familiar flavors, such as lemon with lavender or almond with matcha. However, I was a little disappointed with the sorbet because it had great flavor but the texture was lumpy.
My family got in line at 7:40pm with 2 couples in front of us. Just as we were at the front of line, the manager came out and said “we’re closed.” I begged and pleaded her to let my two daughters get an ice cream, but she wasn’t having it and shut us out and told us to come back tomorrow. She was rude and could obviously care less about customer service.
Very disapppinted in the NINE DOLLAR small milkshake. It had no substance to it, was as liquidy as it gets. The worst milkshake I've ever had.May as well put a pack of sugar in a glass of milk and blow a few bubbles in the cup.Same result.
We drove for two hours from Bay Area to visit this cute little shop and we didn’t regret it at all! Ice cream flavors are super unique. I ordered the hojicha mochi and almond cardamom. The textures were so delicate and smooth. Flavors came in rich layers, and were not overly sweet. It reminded me of some Asian dessert and Persian sweets . Love it so much! Wish we had a Noble Folk shop down here too!
I've never been disappointed here. The flavors are so rich and unique. The salted caramel is my go to flavor.
Delicious Ice Cream, but a horrific individual serving it. They were rude, and not helpful at all. Downright off putting. As we were walking in, we actually heard people complaining coming out. Other than that, the ice cream itself was delicious.
