Best ice cream shop I’ve ever been to. Very unique but exquisite flavors. Apricot + honey, Aztec chocolate caramel, coriander raspberry, maple bourbon bacon brittle, passionfruit caramel, lavender honeycomb, whiskey butterscotch, to name a few. If you’re near, worth a visit.
We went searching for ice cream after dining out. A quick Google search showed Nimble & Finn's as a top choice. So, we gave it a try. They have a special menu with alcohol and ice cream combo's. Not what we were looking for. Still, these looked interesting. We went with single scoops on waffle cones. Nice selection of ice cream flavors. I expected more unique flavors. Staff friendly. Overall, a good experience, but anticipated a great one.

Excellent service, amazing Say Cheese grilled cheese, incredible lavender honeycomb ice cream and the coconut chocolate was killer too on their giant waffle cones! Super kind shop keeper, very knowledgeable and patient with all our questions trying to decide! Oh, and the Garden Party ice cream cocktail was TDF!
The lavender honeycomb is to die for!! Best icecream I’ve had, and I’ve tried many places in Sonoma County…they have many other unique, delicious flavors and the waffle cones are also amazing! Do yourself a favor & come here
Yummy and unique. The flavors and combines made me go - why not? And we gave it a try. Not at all disapointed.
Walk by today and tired the ice cream it was excellent. Must try if you are in the neighborhood.
The food, grilled cheese and ice cream drinks, were delicious albeit a little pricey. The only suggestion I would have is put some art on those beautiful walls inside!
