Employees were definitely high, you could smell it off them and they couldn't manage to even give us a menu upon request. The T.V. screen where menu items should be was instead replaced by Netflix for the employees' enjoyment. Our server was on her phone texting while taking our order and she managed to mess it up three times after multiple verbal corrections. It took over 30 minutes for a small plain pepperoni pizza when it was 10pm with only 1 other person inside that was already eating (AN EMPLOYEE!). Lastly the table we sat at was literally about to fall off from the stand and fell crooked after simply placing my phone on the surface. Terrible experience, will not be returning.

We've tried numerous times to like this place. Pre covid we liked to eat in the bar area, but got tired of eating with the smell of bleach when they'd mop the floors an hour and a half before closing. We got a couple of drink chips a few months ago for them reopening the bar area so we thought we'd give it a try. The bar service was awkward, there was a lap top and office set up on the bar counter, and the dirty dishes that were on the communal table we chose, didn't get cleared away during our 45 minute visit. The service at the front counter was insane, the girl actually managed to pick up her phone and text while taking our order. She never made eye contact, never made a greeting, never smiled, and looked like she hadn't showered in a week. Every time the cashier had a receipt to throw away, she would ball it up, throw it over the counter, past the guest, and into an overflowing trash can in the lobby. Every person that went in to pick up their order was told it would be a 10 minute wait- and they each commented that order was supposed to be ready before they even got there. There was a man there who claimed to be the general manager. He seemed to care only slightly more than the front cashier, and he let the terrible behavior continue without a blink. This service was out of a movie or something. Completely floored. If I were the Chandis, I'd take my name off the front door.
Bad and unpredictable, unprofessional service, I don’t recommend anyone to buy anything from your mountain mike.
We love your pizza but you’ve lost our business. Last night our pizza delivery was 30 minutes late, past the expected 75 minutes and arrived luke warm. It took me several phone calls to get through….I would be put on hold and then disconnected. When I finally got a live person and asked about my pizza the person said she didn’t know, just that the delivery people had just left. The time before we ordered a pizza it was late as well and I also had to call to find out where it was. Either the service is getting worse or you need more employees….either way, the third time will not be the charm for us.

Just as good as Round Table if not better. I love the pepperoni. This particular location is my favorite. Also has a big dining room with booths, T.V.'s and bar. Great restaurant ?
I love pizza. It's "soul food" for me. I eat all kinds from the cheapest "card boardy" grocery store pizza to the best gourmet offerings. So I figure I know the whole scale pretty well. Also, my home area has some of the best pizza I've ever had...including Italy. So, I KNOW good pizza when I have it. The pizza at Mountain Mike's was right up there at the high end of the scale. The sauce was excellent, the cheeses were great, they were not stingy with the toppings. It was cooked to perfection. It was absolutely delicious. I'm not sure it was the best I ever had in my life but it was right up there in that kind of category. Next time I'm in Santa Rosa, I'm going to make sure I make Mountain Mike's one of my stops!
Usually a good pizza, had delivery this time and it was awful. Took over 3 hours and still wasn't right. Manager refunded my money and remade my order but it should have been done and on time the first time!
The pizza was tasty better than the other mnt mikes.
