Check your order every time you pick up food from this place. For some reason it's hard for these employees to get your order right. Don't get me wrong. These employees work very hard. But I just can't quite figure out why they mess up the orders. Ohh !!! One more thing: If you order apple or strawberry pies, make sure you ask how fresh they are. I've gotten pies that are at least a shift old. But other than that, this place is fast. Just fast.
It's location really hurts its reputation. Santa rosa ave is known for its popularity of transients and escorts, so it's no surprise to see so many. They should have someone to enforce a no pan handling rule. It can be a bit overwhelming. But the food and service was average mcdonalds functionality. They maintain a clean enough lobby so eating inside is nice. Outside you have beggers constantly watching you waiting for the time to ask. Best bet is to do drive thru and continue to your destination.
Devcent fast food spot open 24 hrs a day. Food is fine but drive through is uaually long.
Got to the Manu..cashier asking...anything else? The rushing taking orders..?I forgot what was I going to order...other than that ok.
I thought I would give them another chance but yet again they are rude and the bun was stale. Never again ?
I ordered my food then drove to the window to pay. It took them ruffly 10 mins come to the window and wasn't an employ but the manger saying, "We can't give you your Order because you said bad words and was rude to are employee". I told him " That was not me, I even told the person thank you " .so my older sister jumped in the conversation to help me out because I was laughing by how mad I was getting. My sister said " That was not us " so then he checked his camera and said " I am sorry " then processed to take my money. Then I drove to the next window and the lady asked, " what Order was yours " so I told her what we ordered, then here comes the manger. saying "here is your order ". I was just mad and took the food and drove off. like check before you say I did something without proof. to summon it up horrible experience.
This store has menu items that is not available. Promos end early here. Consistently provides terrible service by shorting my order or providing the wrong items.
Always a homeless man right out front standing by this time we're here ordering and hes walking up to the car and assisting very horrible I don't feel safe at all after going there no way.
Just another fast food restaurant
I went through the drive thru at about 11:30pm. After waiting for 10 minutes to get to the speaker I gave my order which was 2mcdoubles and a caramel frappe w/ 1 extra caramel. The speakers says "ok pull up to the 2nd window." I then wait another 5 minutes to get to the window 〔and keep in mind there were not more than 6 cars in line during this whole deal〕and I hand over my card and then they hand it back. Didn't repeat my order to me to make sure it was for me, didn't make eye contact whatsoever or even look at me, and lastly they did not offer an explanation or apology for the now 15 minute wait time. Matter of fact after they handed me my food I was disgraced that I went through the drive thru at this McDonald's and I was not spoken one single word to after passing the speaker. To top it all off the burgers were sad and cold and put together messily as well as the Frappe having a puddle of caramel poured on top and the whip cream only filled less than half of the lid. McDonald's you've gone downhill I'm outtey 5 thowtyyy. Especially this location beware!!
