Fabulous atmosphere and such a friendly staff ?

A huge sprawling Mexican restaurant in downtown Santa Rosa on old court house square. We popped in for lunch on Memorial Day and had a great table on the big patio. The huge menu takes a bit of reading given all the tantalizing choices. One nice feature is the ability to make your own combo plate choosing from several tacos, enchiladas and more. I enjoyed the special house made taco with chicken along with the chicken enchilada and my wife had a fantastic chicken Santa Fe salad with a tangy dressing. The house chips are good and the salsa has a bit of a kick. A great lunch

Been here about four time now. Not great, not horrible. Some items can be pretty bland -- lacking in spice and/or seasonings. Salsas are pretty good though.(Full disclosure: I am bias to the Mexican food of a border town, so I can be pretty picky about my Mexican food anywhere else.)

My favorite restaurant in Santa Rosa. Everything we had was delicious. Our server was very kind and attentive. We sat at the back patio but the inside of the restaurant is lovely. I would come back in a heartbeat.

We stopped by La Rosa right before a Jordan Peterson seminar and had a great time. We sat at the bar and the vibe was amazing. Best bartender we're had in a while. Sadly I missed his name but he has long curly hair and a friendly smile. We'll definitely be coming back.

First off, the building itself has charater. It's older, brick and aged wood. Felt more intimate and unique than most restaurants. The food was savory and the appetizers were tasty. The guacamole is the right level of spice and it's texture was fresh. I ordered fish (salmon) tacos. I liked them and the rice was special jalapeño and cilantro, very good.Drinks were fine but not any way better or worse than expected restaurant margaritas.Service was excellent and snappy. The building is large and can accommodate.I will go again.

Del taco has better tacos. Nothing authentic about this Mexican restaurant. The tacos were almost wheat tortillas and almost flavorless without their “hot sauce”. 7 dollars for one taco.. this place isn’t worth it. Frozen drink was good, but came straight from a machine so.Skip this

I love this place! Great location, nice patio, super yummy salsa and guacamole, excellent and creative menu. So far everything we’ve tried has been really good, and last but not least, they make good a margarita and serve it in a groovy glass!

Love the food here! The margaritas are delicious, and they have a huge tequila list. The restaurant can get loud, so if the weather is nice, I recommend sitting on their patio! Have been coming here for years and will keep coming back!

Food was excellent. Service was good and drinks were good as well. They did not tell us there was an auto gratuity which was 18%. Not a problem but a heads up would have been nice.
