Everything on the menu is so delicious & fresh with a beautiful presentationâ¦for the 1st time I tried the sweetbreads dish and it was SO GOODâ¦try it!

Lovely classic French food in a beautiful setting. Sitting outside was comfortable and we felt taken care of. All our courses were very nice and timed perfectly. Wine selection was great. Love the half bottles. Would go back if in the area. Thank you
Took my folks out for their 65th wedding anniversary and had a wonderful experience!!! We've been going to Le Gare for special occasions since the late 80's, always enjoy it and recommend it.
The food was good, but formulaic. The mixed vegetables with my wifeâs sole were exactly the same as my beef Wellington and in both cases they were served tepid to cold. The waiter was indifferent at best. Didnât provide any suggestions and never checked in with us about our meal. Very disappointed.
Birthday dinner at the last minute. The food was outstanding. We had beef Wellington and rack of lamb, both out of this world. We shared the key lime pie, which was great. Also the escargot was excellent. Service by Miles and other staff was attentive but unobtrusive. It was busy but the staff really help each other out. It started out quiet!, but as the night went on and the dining room filled up, it got noisier. Still, it was a very good experience. This kind of dining experience is a throwback to the 80âs and 80âs, in a very good way. It was a Very nostalgic experience. We will come here again.

Very pleased to be seated at table we requested, our favorite. Food was delicious, so well prepared. Amy our server was perfect, in tune with us. La Gare is a delight, an old fashion type restaurant which we appreciate.
What a lovely restaurant. Excellent food. Delightful staff. It was so good we went back the second night of our stay. We are looking forward to returning on our next visit.
