Great place for Vietnamese sandwiches. They bake the breads on site.
Needs improvement.. it can be better, considering it's a new business. I will try to be optimistic about it, when I go there again. Hopefully it will be better by then. Please get rid of the powered shake/ milk tea boba. Please get rid of the stale bread. Keep it fresh, or just make it in house. It's a make or break for good banh mi sandwiches. I been to many other similar business and can tell the differences. Hopefully, they just take this as positive feedback.
Really tasty Bánh mì sandwiches at a great price. Sorry to see Perry's Deli go but these sandwiches are better, healthier, and at a much better price point. They also carry other Vietnamese dishes, Boba tea, deserts, and sides but I really love their pork belly. Highly recommend.

Amazing place, I’m a fan of boba, and I was so glad to see they had taro milk tea. It’s already prepared and is always served a minute after you order. Refreshing and always cold! Perfect

Good vietnamese sandwiches at a great price with a variety of types.
I ordered the number 1, bbq pork sandwich for $5.50 I believe. It’s a nice long sandwich. Everything a bahn mi has, wish there was more flavor like the Thuan sandwiches on the ave. Service was great. Place was super clean. Lots of variety on the menu. I don’t think there was outdoor seating so this was for to go. This is right to Yogurt Farms which has very yummy ice cream.
