Don't order online even if you're dead tired. You will never get your food and probably won't get your money back either. Sick to death of paying for stuff and never getting it and no one at the restaurant or the delivery service knows what's going on. Not worth it in the slightest. And it seems to happen a lot with this particular Jack in the Box. So eff them.
Food is okay customer service isn't that great don't care for the mess inside the restaurant bathroom doors say out of order but they let the employees use the restroom
Even though it says it’s open 24/7 it isn’t. You can’t buy food there in the early am. For the last 6 months I have not been able to buy anything there at 415 am even though there are people inside. I tried one last time about a. Month ago and a man and a woman both told me to go way.I won’t event be back to this Jack.
This is a joke. I've never had a problem with this location until today. First I wasn't asked/given a receipt for my order to prove I was given an item by mistake instead of another item. When I got home to open my meal, I had found they gave me churros instead of chicken nuggets that I ordered and because this was around 2:10am I couldn't drive back to the location to get it corrected because they close the drive thru for whatever reason after 2am
They have a couple pretty good items on the menu, I like the chicken fajita and the sourdough Burger and the bowls are pretty good teriyaki style
Not open 24 hrs!! I couldn't sleep a few nights and wanted a milkshake at 330 am. Drive thru signs and lights are on but they told me not open. Same at 430am!They need to change the hrs on the signs!
This place sucks. right now its 2:45, and have been here since 1:45 and the drive thru is blocked off by traffic cones while all of the employees are sitting at a table eating, and laughing seemingly drunk tbh.They even had a doordash drop something off for them. Like wth i figured at the very least they would be opening at 2 but no. Second time something like this has happenend!
I love jack in the box but recently when I want to go and buy something the doors are always locked and a plastic is wrapped around the doors. I don’t understand why this would be happening since it was barley five pm is it because it’s dark out now? Either way I would love for the doors to still be open before 8pm since some people can’t drive cars that’s what the lobby is for.
Went there last week. Slow service but not a deal breaker. 3 hairs in the burger? That is. I might understand 1 getting in there by some twist of fate because a lot of things could happen, but this? Disgusting.
This seems to be a reoccurring issue at this one location. During open hours, the people inside the restaurant will state that the restaurant is closed for a known reasons. There isn't any signage posted or any traffic cones preventing customers from trying to eat at this location. I've lost time and money with the mobile app just to be disappointed along with the several cars behind me.
