They Spilled a drink all over my brand new hoodie that’s over 100$ just cause they didn’t put a lid on the drink. Won’t be coming here again
The service and food was good as far as I could tell. But they charge me .81 cents tax on 3 dollars. I have never seen 10 cents tax anywhere in this country witch would be high.81 cents on 3 dollars is 27% then i looked it up and it is only 9.25% here witch is only 27.75. Witch means someone is pocketing 53.25 cents and the add on here says 2 totally different prices for what i got and the price that paid wasn't either. And even the highest of the 3 they have to choose from would be 55 and a half cents. They should have 1price for eatch item so people know what they should pay.

Very nice my first time there and it was calm my food was hot? Wich is a good thing. And it wasn't crowded at all I like all the seating options

I go here for breakfast a couple times a week. The staff are nice. I usually get a breakfast Jack combo with no meat and a coffee. Decent breakfast for $4. The prices at this Jack in the box are about 20 to 40 cents cheaper than the one by my daughter's school in Rohnert Park which I think is interesting.
Order accurancy is consistant. Food quality as you would expected from Jack in the abox (awesome)

Got the order wrong, Twice. I ordered the double bacon cheddar meal with a coke no ice, & a single bacon cheddar meal with a diet root beer. I'm diabetic, can't have regular. Didn't get it right on the screen, then after the order was correct, the makers got it wrong, & the coke had ice, & reg root beer. Plus I had to wait while they fixed the soda machine, & not 1 worker informed me it was down until they handed me the food & drinks after a 20 min wait at the drive thru.
Placed an order on door dash first delivery guy got there a couple mins before order was suppose to be ready he ended txtxing me about half an hour later that jack in the box still did t have the order ready and that they were ignoring him so he unassigned himself from that order I called the store multiple times during the order but no answer the new delivery guy didn't have to wait that long but when I placed my order I clearly chose the buffalo and barbecue option also added some honey mustard and all they gave me was tree packs of ketchup who eats chicken tenders with no dipping sauce really bad service
