I just walked over there for my lunch break. Walked up at 12:06 and the lobby was closed. I literally just wasted my lunchtime walking over there. Really upsetting. I don't know who is managing that store but they need to open the lobby. That's ridiculous to have drive-through only
Only drive threw open! Went threw the drive threw as that's the only option. They have terrible customer service. Very rude employees and very incompetent. Got a soda and a breakfast jack. They couldn't even put the lid on my coke right which in turn I got soda all over my shirt in pants! Never again will I go to any jack in the box! FU jack in the box!
Absolutely no concept of customer service... Drive thru attendant could not speak English and when she can't understand you she refuses to take your order. And when you pull around she tells you to go back to the end of line because she has no order for you. I am flabbergasted.
Last Sunday February 6, I ordered on the mobile app, when I got to the restaurant they told me ORDERS WITH APP were NOT WORKING and they refuse to give me my money back and they also refused to give me my food. No manager present in the location. Staff in charge very disrespectful didn’t offer any solution. They didn’t issue any refund. Jack in the Box stole my money.
I tried to go here at 6:30 p.m. on a Wednesday and the lobby was closed. As you can see from the picture it should have been open. This has happened several times now apparently if you don't have a vehicle you can't get food here. Kind of discriminating. I was going to buy a decent amount of food. Oh well looks like in and out has my business.
I am not happy with this jack in the box. They over charged me. I always get this order at my local Jack in the Box. I asked for #22 but to exchange sausage for bacon. They charged me for bacon. The sandwich had sausage on it that I threw away after complaining. This is stupid 79 cents. Really. I am on vacation and count every penny.

I asked for a cup of ice water the lady at the drive thru tried to charge me 1$ I gave her it in change... I've had problems with how disrespectful this lady has been in the past she said some disrespectful things well isn't ice water free so I said some thing back and she threw the change I gave her in my face!!!!!! And then I called her a @#$&! This lady threw my money in my face that she made me give her for a free cup of water this isn't the first time I've had a problem with her and I made a complaint.and I got a response with a coupon for a free sandwich that expired within 2 weeks... I cannot believe this behavior by their employees is ok and just continues to get worse and worse this happened on Sept 25 after 1 am
Workers very rude, we came in and for 10 Maybe 15 minutes of the workers looking at us no one said anything, after the cashier came in she rudely told us we need a mask to be inside, I checked all over their doors and none of them say we needed a mask to enter, after we asked her if they had any spare masks she completely ignored us and walked away, the girl in red is the rude one, everyone else is friendly to an extent, I don't recommend coming here at all. Their service is horrible.
Held hostage at the first window as the attendant would not give back the card as soon as he was done with it....He holds your card until he thinks you're food is ready then gives it back so he doesn't have to take a lot of orders at once.... Very unpleasant considering you have no clue what he's doing with your card while he's holding on to it and dancing around running around the store
