Well, it's been a while since I had to say anything terrible about any Jack in the Box( mainly because I have been sticking with my favorites)but here we go. We're talking about the one on Dutton and Sebastopol Rd in Santa Rosa. They either need lessons in economics, or english. Not sure which. The order was not even close to being right, and they overcharged for items we did order, but did not get. Maybe I went to a different economics class, but I was taught that the price posted is the price paid. The aggravation to correct the problem, that's another story.
Never gotten a correct order from the drive through. Just got a no ice drink with ice and my dip and crunch combo had no heinz or chips... smh. Nobody answers the phone either.
Make sure to check the syrup they sell here, found a lot of bugs in mine when I put it on my pancakes. Not like a small amount either, there was A LOT
Ordered then asked use restroom. Was told its broken ? ?. While waiting for my food, saw someone come out of the bathroom and other person used bathroom after the other guy. This place has 2 different bathrooms, in plain view. Got my sourdough jack meal, ate, and left. If it were for their sandwich I wouldn't come come to at Jacknthebox again. Thats also why I gave 2 stars ? ? instead of one ? .
They put cold little pieces of chicken in the grilled chicken salad with cold cheese. They're supposed to put a grilled chicken not cold little pieces. Their shake machine looked really dirty and crusty too. I waited forever at the window. Never going there again.
Workers are very cheerful and nice. Food was super hot way better than the Santa Rosa Ave one. Thank you! Keep up the good work
Awe Jack in The Box is relatively clean, fast service and is fast food, so you get exactly that. It’s a descent price for what you get and the milkshakes are the best
Foods not bad. Service was okay our server was kinda rude, never answered any of our questions..??♀️??♀️
Great place but try avoid going there at night because it’s always busy
