I'm rather disappointed with this In n Out. The wait was very long even though there weren't many people inside. I watched them fill like 12 drive thru orders while I waited for my food to go. Another person was waiting before I got there and, by his expression, he had been there a while. Compared to the in n out in Novato, the quality was awful. The lettuce tasted old, the buns were dry, the grilled onions tasted burnt in the burger and were barely cooked on my animal fries. My grandma ordered normal fries, and they basically dumped them in the bag carelessly, it felt kinda rude. The staff seemed friendly and I always love the atmosphere, but they definitely need a lot more attention to detail.

My favorite is Walmart super 1 alot of restraunts and alot of shops right in New Iberia Louisiana i would never ever kill
It was really good! I normally don’t get the special sauce or onions on my burger but it tasted even better and love getting extra crispy fries
I love this place! Where else can I get a decent medium cheeseburger, fries, and shake for under $10? AND have it taste fantastic? There's always a long wait during peak times, but I don't mind at all. It goes fairly quickly in the drive thru before and after the lunch/dinner rush. Good times!
Best burger chain in the business! They have profit sharings with employees, and unlike Wal-Mart they do not exploit their employees in order to maintain a job. In-N-Out french fries are the freshest because they make them from real potatoes unlike their competitors. Their burgers are a bit greasy for my liking, and they rely on salt and fat to sell their product. However as fast food restaurants go they are the best in the business!
I've never paid so much money to be so disappointed in a fast food restaurant.For five years, my wife had been beyond excited to share In-N-Out with me, but the look on her face when we got halfway through the meal was of crushing defeat.The food came out cold and clammy, with the consistency of cheesy concrete that had Thousand Island sauce slathered down the sides.We waited so long and paid so much for such a weak experience. I can't unrecommend it enough.
In N Out is usually a solid and well run chain. This location is an exception. Wait times were exceedingly slow, even in the lobby, and the staff was loud and disorganized. Several employees were arguing with their manager.

Same quality experience you'd expect at any In-n-Out. Good food and friendly staff. The only issue is getting in and out of this particular location. The Google navigation doesn't get you quite all the way to the restaurant. Also if the drive-thru gets backed up it snakes through just of the parking lot and makes a mess of it. It also makes getting in and out of the parking lot tough. Honestly most of the time I go to the next closest location in Rohnert Park to avoid the hassle.
