gross sauce all over the sandwich, guess it is the "dirty sauce". Can't even eat it. Totally disgusting. Wanted a turkey and bacon sandwich, not a soggy, saucy mess. Will never buy from here

Very disappointed. Order was correct however they forgot to actually add the jalapeños and banana peppers to the sandwich. Instead, they added pickles. I hate pickles ;(
Best sandwiches in Santa Rosa. Period.That said, their service is unbelievably inefficient. Expect to stare at your sandwich on the table for a good ~10 minutes before they get around to bagging it and bringing it out.Still worth it.
Food is awesome! But I can’t get my phone order through for the past couple weeks. The line rings and rings. I assume they are busy. However, it’s frustrating since no one is even picking up. I don’t mind being on hold, so what’s up??
After I called 6 times I decided to order online because I thought ok maybe they are busy on a Saturday at 6pm. We show up no one has started on our sandwiches….. and there are 5 people there apparently no ones qualified to answer the phones? Or could even start on a sandwich preordered 30 mins before? I’m only giving it 2 stars because I love their sandwiches but come on…. ??♀️
Decent subs, but even better service. I recommend the Charles Schulz or the Tony Soprano for meat lovers, avoid the meatballs though unless you got a strong stomach. Its still a chain restaurant but the vibe and the quality of products is pretty good, IF you judge it as a fast food chain. If you’re not judging it by those standards you’re gonna be disappointed. All n all, its a solid place for a filling lunch.
I was asked if I wanted lettuce and tomato, I said I wanted everything. Got lettuce and tomato. All the more reason to not leave a tip before, paid an extra 20% for a sad sandwich.
