This hotel was very beautiful! The bed and pillows were comfortable, the bathroom was a good size. It's not a huge room, but it didn't need to be, we weren't spending all of our time in there! But plenty of room for 2 people to get ready for a wedding.The staff was top notch!! I have traveled all over and this staff was very friendly, and went above and beyond for us many times. They gave us wonderful recommendations on places to visit, places to eat, and even helped us with booking a wine tasting for a large group. I couldn't have been happier.
I didn't actually stay here. But it's a beautiful hotel! When u first walk in the bar area and desk are amazing.Seems very friendly and lively!I would stay here in a heartbeat! ❤️?And it's right downtown so everything is so close. Eating shopping and anything else you could want.
My wife and I stayed here for one night, and we really loved it. The building was very clean with nice rooms, and staff were amazing.
Hotel was very clean. Our beds and pillows were very comfortable. Wish their pool was warmer but overall would stay again!
The north side of the building overlooks a restaurant rooftop, and the noise from the side of the building kept me up. I was moved the next day to the other side of the building, where I was awoken at 5:30 AM by a garbage truck at the bank building. The south side of the building also just generally has a ton of traffic noise during the day. Windows on this building are obviously inadequate.My room had a super bright thermostat that lit up at night, kind of silly to have this function. I unplugged it from the wall but then had to plug back in for use.Room doors don’t have any weatherstripping or sealant so you can see hall lights and hear people outside the room.Staff are friendly, and the hotel looks great. Clean and calm environment.
I reached out to the sales director, ShaNa Sept 24th for a rooming block for my wedding in May. I have had to email her multiple times to get rates as she forgot to email me back. I emailed her back Sept 28th agreeing to the room types I would like rates for. She NEVER emailed me back. Upon realizing this I emailed her once again on November 17th. She then told me she is no longer handling group bookings & would forward my inquiry to the General Manager. It is now 12/6 and I have STILL not heard anything. Needless to say, don't bother coming to this hotel if you want any level of customer service. Coming from a hotel background, I can't believe they would allow a wedding of 171 people fall through the cracks. What a shame. I will bring my business elsewhere.
Came here because of the google ratings but was pretty disappointed with the accommodations. The hotel in general was in a central location and from the outside seems nice but it’s pretty dirty inside. Additionally it’s not mentioned anywhere that all parking is paid parking due to the location, not their fault but it would be nice to post it for out of towners. Also the posting says free breakfast, but there’s no free breakfast. I was also able to get into my room one day without a key. Cool staff though, everyone was very nice.

A wonderful experience. The hotel was centrally located in downtown Santa Rosa with shops and several choices of restaurants close by. The rooms were nicely appointed and the bed was super comfortable! Will stay here again!
We loved this hotel. Our room was clean and well laid out, bed and bedding were comfortable and the staff is wonderful—consistently helpful and pleasant. It was in a perfect location in downtown Santa Rosa, walking distance to many great restaurants and had a nice lobby area for gathering with friends before or after outings. They also offer very reasonable flat rate valet parking with unlimited in and out. We will definitely stay here any time we are in the area!
