My son and I really enjoyed our food from Grill Santa Rosa. I ordered the falafel wrap which comes with a side of fries, and he had the lamb and beef gyro wrap also with a side of fries. Flavors, quantity, textures -- everything was just right. And the gentleman who helped with the meals was super friendly. We will definitely be back and I hope everyone tries and enjoys this gem!
The food was awesome, authentic, and the service was incredible. The owner brought us a plate of beef and lamb to try for free, as well as a free box of lokum after we paid. You can tell he is enthusiastic and passionate just waiting for people to try his food
Wonderful Mediterranean cuisine here at Grill. I believe they have the best Gyro’s in Sonoma County. The food was top notch with the Baba ghanouj and the Baklava!
The food was amazing. I had the mixed kabob plate. Chicken was my favorite, but others were yummy. The salad, pita, rice, and all made for a very full meal. Baba ganoush was perfect. My daughter loved the salmon kabobs. Per the family, Gyro was good, but they didn't care for the spicy sauce, the kids meal chicken tenders were a big hit. The desserts were sooo good. All together, fantastic meal. Will definitely order from them again.
Absolutely yes! Best falafel wrap, hands down. Super flavorful, filling, all of the textures ate on point and its a foot long!Its huge! I've eaten many falafel wraps but this one is better than any of them.Also their turkish delight candies have an amazing texture and flavor, I didn't know these candies could be sooo good.I 100% recommend The Grill. Friendly people, quick service and delicious food. Oh my.
I had the grilled prawns (partly because that was one of the few dishes on the menu that I recognized!) There were 8 prawns on two skewers on a bed of rice and garbanzos, a small bowl of mashed potatos (I think), a fresh green salad and several wedges of pita bread. Everything was nicely seasoned and really flavorful, the service was quick, and the place was clean. About the only complaint was that the salad had a bit too much vinegar in the dressing for my taste.I'm going back to Santa Rosa in a week or so and will definitely stop at the Grill Santa Rosa again. I wish I lived closer so I could try all the dishes.
Great new restaurant in Santa Rosa, great food, reasonable prices. I have an update as of Jan 2022. The restaurant was bought since I originally went there, and the food is even more incredible now. The owner was very friendly. They have this incredible dessert called Turkish delights. One is green, which is pistachio flavor; the other is red. I'm not sure what the red flavor is. They come together in a box, and they were incredible .
This place was perfect. From the romantic ambiance to the very friendly and informative owner and cook. He is very proud of his food, as he should be it was delicious. Great art on the walls, a true historical feel.
The food was amazing, and the service was very up to par. We didn't wait more than 10 to be served our food. The seasonings weren't too overwhelming like most places. I will be going again soon.
We visited Grill Santa Rosa in July which their location was convenient to reach out and have nice places around . The menu was rich, we enjoyed by tasting different dishes and the owner- chef was pretty much friendly, we had good service.
