Horrible place. They served us moldy eggs... yes moldy! When asked they said thier eggs are "kinda" fresh!!! They leave them in the refrigerator for several days said the manager.They were not willing to refund, and said we can come get a new one...NO THANKS! The other food didn't taste right and we all felt sick!
Staff are unbelievably incompetent.Bagels are thoroughly mediocre (overly dense, underproofed), and if anything a bit overpriced.Do not waste your money on a sandwich, the produce is old and wilted and the portion sizes are small.
Grateful bagel was fantastic. I had a breakfast sandwich (see photo) that I would be very happy to have again. The sandwich took a little while to make, which means that everything is being prepared fresh, but it was definitely worth it. I have accounts in Santa Rosa for work that I visit sporadically, and I will be sure to return here when I get the chance.
Love the staff and the ellies spicy eggel!! Definitely my go to in the mornings I'm running late to work.. the flavors are amazing all bagels and ingredients are fresh daily the salsa for the ellies spicy eggel is the best tasting salsa!!

This is one of the best bagel sandwich shops I’ve ordered at. They usually have a wide selection of bagel options and many predefined options for sandwich combinations. The jalapeño cheese bagel is by far my favorite. You should eat here at least once before leaving Santa Rosa. I’ll say parking can be a pain since it is downtown.
Today I placed my order through door dash and when I recieved my order it wasn't correct I even wrote a special note on my order and it was missing stuff that was supposed to be on the sandwich and when I called the store on 4th street in santa rosa the lady I spoke to didn't seem to care that they messed my order up and blamed it on someone being new and I said that they should double check there orders before sending it out. Her response to my order being messed up your gonna have to contact door dash and why would I do that when it wasn't door dash fault overall bad experience they didn't even offer to remake it to make it right which is sad cause I order from there alot and I payed 25 dollars for a bagel sandwich and it was wrong i know if I was working there I would of made it right with the customer she didn't even seem to care which is the worse part so make sure u double check your order before leaving i couldnt cause I used door dash
Totally stopped here not expecting to much. Cute little bagel shop in the middle of an adorable downtown area. We were so shocked at how amazing the sandwiches were. I had the grateful bagel on everything bagel and it was so flavorful and the bagel itself must have just been pulled out of the cooker it was so soft and yummy. The coffee was a little meh but honestly with a bagel that good I didn't care.
Fresh Bagels. My favorite is sunflower with avocado. When I do get cream cheese it's flavorful and light.
