SO GLAD I decided to go to #fiveguys today.. ?The texture & flavor of the burger is so satisfying.Food came out fast, and the restaurant was clean.I plan on going a lot more often.Thanks for the great experience. ?
It's actually pretty shocking how dirty this place is. Five guys is known for the grease but this particular location needs a cooperate audit. The toppings are mixed, the manager that was taking cash is handling food, workers are throwing trash at the trash cans and when they miss they leave it on the floor, the counters are littered with toppings. It starts from the top so until management steps up and takes pride in what they do this place won't improve.Other five guys locations are great and would recommend them.
Didn't get the right toppings on my burger...completely blew it. Also asked for well done fries they were not!Usually everything is 5 star but this was sub par!!
Love this place. Larger burgers than In n Out plus the free peanuts.
Worse place ever order two burgers walked out to my car to eat them and they had so much greasy the bun wouldn’t even hold up. Then they also charged me for fries I didn’t order. I tried calling as I didn’t want to go back in they left me on hold for ever never came back to the phone. I called today 1/16 to speak to a manager and left on hold for over 20 minutes and still no one this place is a freaking joke and I’ll never go there again.
For years I e been told I need to try Five Guys. Tonight I finally did. I wish I hadn't. Cold, greasy, no flavor. And that's just the burger. I would expect a bit of grease seeing how I ordered the bacon cheeseburger, but there was no bacon on it. The cheese, not even melted. Asked for jalapenos, got one tiny slice. Wanted Mayo and mustard. It was overflowing with Mayo, not a drop of mustard to be found. Lettuce was wilted, tomato was mush. The pickles were ok.Ordered a large fries, got fewer fries than a Happy Meal. And like the burger they were cold and soggy.Not worth the 1 star I'm giving them, but I can't give zero.
Terrible service. I went to this location today and repeated my order more than 5 times and the lady still didn't get it right. I'm convinced that Five Guys is simply a terrible company that doesn't hold their employees accountable for poor service.

Expensive but good burgers. Their fries were great and you get a ton of them.
Very disappointing. The bun was smashed and not fresh. Tiny bit of lettuce, grilled onions missing, barely lukewarm. The cheese wasn't melted. Burger and fries with no drink was $15.00. No more.
