There's always a line at this place, but it moves quickly as they take orders while you're waiting. Dutch Bros' specialty are their sweet cold drinks and I'll be relying on them come summer!I wanted to leave a review because I pulled up at 8 am on a weekday and both the girl who took my order and the guy at the window were so friendly and helpful, they made my morning. And the iced chocolate macadamia breve was delicious so I left happy.
The people here are always energetic and friendly. I love their coffee/Dutch Sodas however, I don’t go too often only because the building itself is in a terrible location for how bad their line gets (obviously this is completely out of their control- just something to be wary of). When you drive thru expect to spend 30-45 min waiting in your car since they have 3 lines usually all going at the same time that spiral around the building until they merge to 2 lanes right outside the window.
This location is booming! it was packed! unfortunately we had to wait, but i am always okay with it when i stop there. the staff were AHHMAZING. They were ALL smiling, friendly and on point, as most Dutch bros are. Their coffee is so much more delicious than a Starbucks and their energy is always amazing. we definitely need more Dutch bro locations along the 101. whenever I am in eureka or Santa Rosa, Dutch bros is always a place I gotta stop at, even if I has to wait. it's worth it.
I want to start by saying I am NOT one to leave reviews; however, I am writing this as my friend, and I wait on our drinks… usually, all the workers are kind regardless of how complex your order may be (hence the wide variety of drinks dutch bros is known for), but tonight as we pulled up to the window to pick up our drinks the girl at the window was stirring up conversation with her coworkers complaining about our order. The baristas DID NOT say a word yet she kept going on and on… We found this very rude giving that we were very close and she was speaking very loudly. I am also left confused being that I assume she was only handing out drinks and not making the actual drinks? why would she be the one to be rude and complain loud enough for us to hear? It’s a bummer because I was here earlier in the day for a gift card and a drink and had no issues with the morning crew, they were all very friendly and handled themselves very well despite it being busy AS PER USUAL.
I went here today to get my birthday drink and the double rainbo iced tea is amazing. Very refreshing and would so get again! I love this place and it was sticker day. Got this cool sticker which is awesome.
Popular drive up place but these people are prepared with tablets to take your order and multiple lines. Looked very organized. I parked and ordered a large black coffee, haha. There were a couple tables so you could sit outside. I enjoyed the experience; I haven't been to a Dutch Brothers for many years.
I love coming here for coffee and their rebel drinks. The drinks are always on point, but the lines here are incredibly slow. There’s 2 lanes, but you could end up waiting up to an hour for 1 drink. Also difficult to hear the staff when they’re wearing masks.

TLDR: quick service, above average prices and average coffee.I have been to a few Dutch bros and I still think the coffee is decent but not spectacular. I have the nitro cold brew with cream no sugar and it was pretty mediocre. It wasn’t extra smooth or anything that stood out. My friend got a really sweet drink which she enjoyed but then it was way too sweet for my taste
