Clean Dunkin' location. It's in the old Burger King building that used to be here for years.
Frozen coffee oh so yummy super fast nice people working here.
Dunkin' donuts was the first of two stops including Krispy Kreme for a side-by-side video comparison we did between the two brands of donuts.
Drive threw.... Ordered a iced coffee they didn't even mix the sugar in it tasted horrible! Got a breakfast sandwich and the guy didn't even put it in a bag with napkins he just handed the little box the sandwich was in out the window half open!! The egg was cold!! Whole order went in the trash! I highly recommend just going to mc donalds rite down the road! Mc donalds is cheaper and taste better with better customer service!!! Or go to the Dunkin across town that one is really good it dosent have a drive threw but waking in is worth it!!
Was at a business in the neighboring parking lot and saw this drive-thru Dunkin. The line had about seven or eight cars infront of me (the drive-thru can hold many more than eight cars). I ordered a couple beverages and a few different pastries. Before I knew it, I was next in line to pay/pickup. The service along with everything else was without a doubt, fantastic. Will be back!
Worst customer service ever! I walked into Dunkin’ Donuts with my uncle. We selected our donuts, two drinks, and after they rung up our order, my uncle handed them a $20 bill. We were informed they needed exact change only, the order was $10.45, my uncle only had a $20 bill. There was no sign on the door indicating you needed exact change, there was no sign at the cash register, and we were not notified of this prior to making our order. The female crewmember was extremely rude. We asked for the managers name and she said she could not give out personal info. We informed her we did not want their personal information we wanted their name and a phone number to contact them. She very rudely said we can find the information online. Also, the store was not very clean. There were three crewmembers working, two males and one female, none would give us their name, they would not provide the name of the manager, and would not give us a phone number to call to talk it to a manager. Will never go back.
First time ever trying Dunkin Donuts and it was a pretty great experience. The breakfast sandwiches and coffee are delicious. The staff was very kind and knowledgeable and got her order out quick. Will be back again for sure. (My toddler loved it as well)
I love this Dunkin, every employee works so hard and deserve so much more. I’m beyond happy with the customer service and not once has my order been messed up. I watched this morning an older lady demanding this poor girls name and threatening to call the “owner” since the manager was not enough. OKAY KAREN. These employees are doing their absolute best. I wanted to yell into the window not to listen to that woman. Even at busier times, they manage to pull through and serve everyone in a timely matter.
The food is decent, although nothing spectacular, however the service is pretty bumpy. Our carside wasn't brought out after going into get it, the order was only partially correct. When I brought it to their attention, they apologized, but did not fix the error. It's fine for a last minute stop, just not my first choice.
I have had consistently bad to mediocre experiences at this Dunkin. The donuts are a waste of calories. Just go to Tan's. The coffee is big and weak. I got a nitro cold brew that was so foamy it settled out to be less than half the volume of the cup. I've given this place three shots and I'm done.
