Not the cleanest employees, 2 males had long hair down and and in their face , walking around as I stood there , sneezing without covering his sneeze all over the fresh waffle cones they were making. ? Sprinkles and crumbs all over glass counter, Noone had wiped down counters all day and it was only 1p.m.. Finally a female employee helped me , she did great and her long hair was back in a bun . I will definitely go to another location after that.
This was the smallest cup of ice cream I've ever received for $5. I am so disappointed that I will never return to the Cold Stone Creamery. At least their customer service was good. That's the only reason I'm giving them 2 stars.
Why they dont wear hair nets ??or something that holds their hair from falling in my ice cream ?? Poor customer service
Horrible service a bunch of kids work there with no experience in customer service they were all super rude and kind of just kicking back paying more attention to their personal conversations than listening to customers orders
10 minutes before they closed We were refused service. The little girl came outside and literally told us she wasn't going to help us and we need ed to leave. I've worked 3 tail and when someone's in the store pass clothes they get our full service and attention. Especially after waiting for 30 minutes in line and making it through the door before you're actually closed.

MARISOL was very rude! I brought my 2 children here Tuesday November 10, 2020 at 615pm. She didn't say hello or thank you. She was rolling her eyes when I didn't know the cup size for a milkshake. Now more than ever its hard to read people's body language with a mask on, so with her rolling her eyes and not having basic customer service skills like just being friendly, really was disturbing. I won't ever come back. I'll go to the coldstone in rohnert park or baskin robbins. Apparently she's the shift leader. ...hopefully her manager reads this and re trains her on basic customer service skills, or even on basics humanities class. And on another note, they rush you here, like you are inconveniencing them...
