Terrible customer service, the worst i’ve ever seen. There was a line and out of 4 employees nobody came to help any customer and nobody acknowledged the customers. Finally after the employees finished their conversation a girl came to help the customer after 5 minutes of waiting in line with no service. She was rude and has a terrible attitude. Tables were dirty as well as the drink station was dirty. Saw an employee drop a bowl on the floor for an online order, not sure if she re-did the order or sent it out like that. Wouldn’t recommend this location as you can see from all the recent reviews.

This location sucks. Mismanaged with rude staff.My straightforward order was made incorrectly (ordered a burrito, received a bowl) and the worker became agitated and seemingly offended that I politely requested my order to be corrected. Not only were my ingredients lacking (small proportions) but the burrito was also very poorly made and fell apart as soon as I started trying to eat it. I'll never order from here again.

I've previously ordered from this location and it has been ok, nothing great, but typical chipotle with good sized burritos. I'd guess the last time was about 4 or 5 months ago. Today I had some friends help move some heavy stuff for my parents and said I'd get lunch. They picked up the order or I would've said something in the store. Our order was $75 for four burritos, a quesadilla, and a large bag of chips with queso. Two of the burritos had double meat for four bucks extra, so $14 for each of those burritos (pollo asado). All of the burritos were the same size, all about the size of a soda can. Sorry, but what did I just spend that extra $8 for? They were all smaller than normal, about half the size of normal. Just absolutely ridiculous to charge that much for a kid size burrito. I wrote to customer service but haven't heard back. I need half my money back since I got half the food I ordered.

This was the absolute worst Chipotle I have ever been too. The employees have an attitude and serve smaller than normal serving sizes. After my order was made, they refused to accept cash. I do not support a cashless society, so I left my order and walked out. I will never be back.

Worst one I’ve ever been to. The management is horrible, place is always dirty and always outta something. There was only one good employee there and it looks like she no longer works there. Never going back to this location again.

Horrible customer service! Only mobile ordering and even so they lock the doors and make you wait out front. Even with your pickup time being already passed you wait outside in the cold. No one comes out to address the crowd of people waiting. After 20 min they call my name and food was cold from sitting on the counter as I waited outside. Talked with the manager and he tried saying they are short staffed but with the clear doors we can see 7+ employees. Couple on the phone and more just staring at the crowd outside. Never go here unless you want a bad experience.

Awful. I have actually never been able to eat here. On 1/8 I showed up around 8pm to find a sign on the door saying they had closed early. On 1/9 I showed up at 8pm and found a sign saying they were taking online orders only. I’d recommend driving to a different location and better experience.

For such a limited menu, you'd expect Chipotle to actually have it in stock, but my online order was crippled when they claimed to be out of guacamole, chicken, and chips. Not sure if they missed the memo but chips are literally just fried tortillas. It's devastating to have to say it, but you're better off with Taco Bell than here.

Consistently awful with incompetent staff. Yet today they weren't even doing counter service, online orders only making their customers wait outside in the cold for them to mess up their orders. Staff cannot read English apparently. Yeah sorry, I'm not going to download an app and share my credit card information to eat another C grade burrito.
