Didn't like Chick-fil-A until recently and now I am obsessed. Great customer service. Lines are long, but that's okay so is in n outs lolSometimes the spicy chicken sandwhiches aren't spicy at all and other times they are so spicy its hard to eat. Thats my only complaint ?
I only come here because my daughter loves it.Honestly, I don't know what the big fuss is for this place, their burgers are just so simple and expensive. I would just go anywhere else.But their service is like nowhere else.Excellent service!!!!For ? sure.That is what other places lack.
Wonderful food and service. The staff goes above and beyond to be the best in the food service! The added plus is they are Christian owned. So even if you don't like Christian's, they will still serve you without bias!
Good chicken sandwich with original sauce, lettuce, and tomatoes. You can also ask for different sauces to try. I ordered fries and was disappointed. Fries had no crunch nor salt. I would pass on these bland waffle shaped fries.This was my first time at Chick-fil-A. Will go back.
Had a fantastic visit with Chick-fil-A today. My sandwich was immaculate and absolutely scrumptious. The young fellow who served me was the opposite of despicable and had stellar swagger. I will venture to this Mendocino location again in the near future!
This was horrible burnt grill chicken nuggets no fork to eat them with no sauces for dipping like we ordered! The waffle fries were horrible it was all the butts of the waffle fries was no middle pieces that were nice it was just it was the worst meal I’ve had ever had at this place! nobody will answer the phone to talk! I’m gonna write a review and let everybody know that they need to stop eating at Chick-fil-A! Very disappointed for how long we waited and got gross food!
Consistently excellent...We come here about once each month. This and the local CA burger chain are the only fast food that we eat for several reasons.First, the customer service is outstanding. We are always greeted by clean, competent, well mannered employees. My order is always correct and even though we waiting the drive through for sometimes as long as 10 minutes. It is always a pleasure, to turn a phrase.Second, the food is consistently good. The meals are always prepared the same and taste good. The seasonal milkshakes are to die for.
I used to frequent this CFA when I worked down the road from it. I now work a half hour away and we use this location for almost every staff lunch we do. They are constantly looking for ways to support us as we are a nonprofit (and I know they do that for others as well). Wish I could give a thousand stars!
Went through the drive thru & ordered a meal, got home thinking everything was in the bag unfortunately not I was missing a lot of sauces in my bag& the “large” fries I ordered comes as the same volume as if i ordered a medium + they tasted like they have been sitting for at least 9-12 mins, like who is the manager? & the staff. I hate writing this but when you’re hungry & waiting over 25 mins in a drive thru just for food. You will get a little irritated.Some people just need to know.
They took my order in person wile in the drive-thru line. Staff was very friendly and I have no real complaints but as a first time customer they could have been a bit more helpful. Looking at my bill and seeing american cheese specifically noted I can't help but wonder what other options were available. Was there a choice of cheeses and other add-ons I should have considered?
