Ordered the posole. It was plentiful and tasty. It also came with a full plate of condiments: cabbage, lime, onions, oregano and radishes. There is also a full bar and nice selection of beers. Excellent salsas. Not so great chips.
Ordered food to go since we were at an event at the high school. I ordered carnitas tacos and he ordered fish tacos. The portions were bigger than street tacos. Mine had a bit more onion than I normally like but it was not overwhelming. I loved the sauce that came with the tacos. The meat was juicy and very flavorful. I also ordered hibiscus agua fresca.
Amazing food and great service. I got the veggie burrito and hisbiscus drink - was lovely. There's a shaded outdoor area which I enjoyed too

My mom and I went here for dinner. We had the chicken tinga tacos. There amazing and will go back again. The guacamole was so tasty and the chips were awesome as well.
I had just ordered the aguachile ceviche, not only was it dry but I found a piece of metal in the ceviche. Since we ordered it through door dash we got our money back but I wanted to post here for others to be aware when eating. I will never eat here again.
My experience at Cascabel was wonderful! Harold, the server, was incredibly warm and welcoming to me and my friends. Food was yummy and brought out in a timely manner. The mimosas are also ? Restaurant was clean. Portions were large and well priced. I totally recommend this business. Thank you so much!
Was looking forward to eating here but I quickly became disappointed after trying the food. Not what I had expected at all. I’m only giving two stars because our server was nice and the sangria was delicious.
Cascabel Restaurant is outstanding for margaritas, fish tacos, seafood enchiladas, grilled salmon salads with avocados, chicken tortilla soup, and unlimited parking in the Sonoma County Wine Country. Delicious, wide menu of flavors with various exotic sauces including chipotle and mole chocolate spiced sauce. Absolutely undeniably delicious with a fine dining atmosphere in a popular light wood well lit dining room. Sonoma has the freshest ingredients, Cascabel chefs know how to mix the dishes together with extraordinary ingredients. The dishes shine with fresh flavor.
