Best sandwich I’ve had in years. Excellent ambiance too to sit and take your Mom out for lunch :) WILL BE COMING BACK WEEKLY
I was in Santa Rosa for a couple days for meetings & we ordered sandwiches & chips from Canevars yesterday. The vegetarian sandwich I had was the best I’ve ever had (as were the house made chips); I was so impressed that I stopped by on the way to the airport to duplicate my order & test if it was really as good as I thought. I am happy to report, it IS the best vegetarian sandwich I’ve ever had. While I am sure the other sandwiches are great, do yourself a favor & try the Vegetarian & don’t forget the chips!

Loved the meat and veggie lasagnas, as well as the mushroom polenta. The tiramisu is amazing. I wish I lived close by so I could come back and try their homemade raviolis, meatballs, sandwiches, and other dishes. Great little place!!
They have a Great Selection of Frozen Raviolis. I got the Crab Raviolis for the NFL playoffs. Their Deli Sandwiches are off the hook. Buy Local, Stay Local!! ?☕⚓????
Came here for the tueaday special, chicken parmasen sandwich. Did not disappoint. Worth the drive!
This place smells good and I want to go there, however I refuse taking into account whatever the heck happens in the parking lot in front of this place. There is always someone revving cars, broken down cars, someone with a dog that's letting their dog go in the middle of the street, I just don't like it and I do not support this business.
We picked up a lot of Italian food for Christmas. It all was delicious. No left overs. That says a lot! One of our favorite delis
Sweet Lou is the best Chef in Sonoma County. Anytime I need catering or any kind of cooking I hit up Lou.
The quintessential quirky Italian hole-in-the-wall. Great casual, local feel that is hard to come by. Solid sandwiches, workers, and they even sell specialty Italian products, homemade pasta and have a great drink selection. Just love this place.
