I went into the B&R at Coddingtown Mall. They were super busy.A young sweet girl asked if she could help me. I smiled and said yes.I asked for a medium chocolate shake with vanilla ice cream.1st there were only 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream she said to me we're out of ice cream. I asked her do you have any in the back ? She said yes but I can't get it. Ok wow!She then puts the ice cream in the mixer with so much milk. It's so runny and no chocolate at all . Big disappointment
Recently my daughter bought a cake for her boyfriend and what was written on the package was not the cakes you ordered as posted below. However Sheila the manager or owner I believe I brought this to her attention and she was very sweet and offered a half the money's be returned. Or the error that the company or the employees did I think that is very important for people to respect their clients this way very good business practice and I will be buying there again
Casey was very rude, impolite and impatient while dealing with my 5 year old son who wanted to order his own ice cream. Some one like this should not be working in any form of retail especially if children patronize it.If this unhelpful employee is there I will not return with my family or friends

Stopped here after dinner and got the love potion ice cream with sprinkles on top. It was so yummy. Will get this flavor again and I love the spot it is in. And the have awesome music playing inside
Very nice ice cream shop with good tasting ice cream and nice workers. I would have given it 5 stars had Baskin Robbins not removed Banana Nut and Lemon Custard, which we're my two favorite flavors of ice cream there.

Don’t waste your time is your are a driver. They will all purposely just waste your time and act like you never came in. I was patient just standing next to the counter just waiting for them to finish up their important conversation. As a soon as someone else walks in they spring into action and help them while never acknowledging myself there blacklist
