Food was good but service needs work. We ordered 5 meals and an appetizer and they forgot about my meal. I thought it was just taking a bit longer but with talking to my family and snacking on the appetizer I didn’t realize my family was almost done eating and my food never showed. It started when we asked for plates for the appetizer and they never came then my food never came and when we asked for a refill that never came. Unfortunately while this was happening we noticed the group behind us left because no one came up to them.
Love the waitress. She was excellent. But they Definitely don't know how to make Margareta's. There watered down. Can't taste through alcohol like u can at the Mexican Restaurant here in Willits. So if Applebee's workers is reading this, Please Please teach that individual how to make drinks. Cause it's robbery. U guys charge a lot for watered down juice. It's worth only about $1.25. But yet u guys charge $9.00. ? u guys are a joke.
This Applebee's will guarantee you two things when you place in order well in advance: your order will not be ready on time, and they will miss at least one important item once they finally decide to package them. If the managers are the ones helping you, they will ensure your order is mishandled to the greatest extent possible. For food this mediocre, there are plenty of options nearby that cost less and provide better service.
I always love the food here. They are always consistently good. And have had nothing but good servers. However, this isn't the most service dog friendly. My service dog has trouble laying under the tables, due to how the table legs are, and they don't have very wide walkways to have her lay just outside the table. Restaurants are starting to have tables mounted to their walls for this reason, but Applebee's hasn't got to that point yet. Hopefully they'll change this soon, because Applebee's is one of my favorites!
The best place to hang out with friends and have some laughs. Workers are awesome too! I been here afternoon and evening time and I must say it's my spot. Thank you Applebee's
Corporate needs to stop this location from offering carside to-go. They are never on time. Had to wait 13 minutes after pickup time tonight. Too many times I have had to wait more than 10 minutes for service
Curbside to go, you might as well forget the curbside. Waiting for 20 minutes after showing up on time I get a message saying that we missed eachother when I was sitting out there the majority of the time texting for any kind of update after receiving a text back that they'd be out in a moment. Went inside a couple times with zero ackowledgement using their curbside door so it's not like we would have missed eachother Finally I get my food after walking in the 3rd time and without even getting into the bag I can tell the food.... yeah. No welcome in, no thanks just "Here's your bag." Then they walked away like their problem is something Im just adding too, just a simple "We're really busy be out in a sec!" And I wouldnt have a issue.. I hate leaving bad reviews or reviews in general but this was well deserved.
Twice I have ordered Curbside Togo with this location. Twice I have had to wait longer because the order was not correct. This last time I got home before finding out the order was still wrong. The only compensation that I have been offered is $5 off $25 or more. What good is that when my order is just for me and never over $25? I will take the extra time and go to a different location from now on.
It's Applebee's. It's delivers the Applebee's product and has done so consistently for many years specifically this location. The staff is attentive and ambience is that of what you expect at Applebee's locations. The rating is symbolic of what Applebee's is which will never be anything more then average.
Waiter was extremely pleasant and friendly. Patient with our slow picky ordering selection. Food was good, wife enjoyed her long Island tea. All covid measures followed, great food service. We will be coming back.
