My dad was a store manager of this yoshinoya back in the 80s, yesterday we got a chance to visit this place and my dad was super upset. The cashier lady (after reading some reviews here, i figured she's the manager) was super unfriendly, no interpersonal or communication skills whatsoever. Not sure if it was because of the mask and the divider, but i could barely understand her! I asked for red pepper, and she got upset saying "i asked you and you said no earlier". Well, i certainly didn't hear her ask the first time. Food was good tho, so i give 2 stars only for the food. Please, hire someone who could at least smile.
This place is the worst I've ever had. Not only the whole order was damaged and spilled in the bag but also the items are either missing or wrong. Plus the steak was totally different to the picture.
The udon noodles are great... but not as great as Esmeralda!!! She made my visit an exceptional experience... she was extremely welcoming and friendly and went above and beyond to make sure that my order was complete...and I felt like family! I will now come to this location instead of the Culver City
Careful when ordering via the Yoshinoya App. I picked up my order and it looked like someone picked at it and was old. When i ask the manager if i could have a fresh one made she told me to go f myself and to talk to corporate. i walked out leaving my entire order behind. No food, out $40, and left feeling insulted. Rose who is the manager had the worst attitude and zero customer service skills. The cashier Stacey tried to fix the issue but was stopped by her manager. Give Stacey the management position. She is more willing to help but clearly had her hands tied by a manager who had a horrible attitude.
The manager was nice to let the employee know,,press,No Meat on the cash register.U can now get a Large Square Bowl with no Meat.He was nice n Let #LuckyDBunny on IG stay. Follow me on IG
I usually have lunch Yoshinoya but This location is worst in another location where I had been. May be this location had been amateur chef?
We got the two item combo with noodles, vegetables, chicken and one of the beef options. We had high hopes with the new noodles. They were tasty but one of the beef options had major amounts of skin and fat instead of actual beef, like a good 25% of it and the chicken was supposed to be skinless and it had skin on it. We also requested extra teriyaki sauce in which we paid the extra 70 something cents but never received it. The noodle option is much better than the just the plain rice and the teriyaki sauce is delicious. Maybe next time It will be a better experience. ?
Great foods and friendly staffs! It’s my daughter birthday today and all she wants is Yoshinoya with extra teriyaki sauce for lunch ?! Doordash’s website don’t have a side teriyaki sauce on their menu so the staff went out of her way to make sure to put extra sauce to put. Smile on our daughter ! Awesome customer service !
Workers were great... but food taste not so good.. chicken skin had different taste than chicken.. Last I visited Yoshinoya 3 years ago.. n decided to give it a try. .. but still not good.. They need to Americanize their flavor like Chinese, Thai and Indian cuisine.. or so it seems..
