They gave me back 7$ instead of 13$! Just now realizing that!!!! Definitely not normal!
I just paid over 13.00 for "bacon chedar bouble burger with a "medium" fry. Really? I guess Wendy's at Linlcon Blvd and Santa Monica Blvd in Santa Monica is having hard times too! ??? definitely unlike the picture and a rip off!! Then they wanted to charge me $1.00 to speak with a burger expert on a online chat for Wendy's complaints ???? I told the cashier and they said "it has bacon" Wendy's slogan used to be "Where's the beef for their competition " my question is where's the bacon?????anyways they acted unconcerned and never offered me to speak to a manager. Last time I come here.
Great food. The Potatoe should be a little fresher. Too long under the heat lamp.
Been going here on and off for the past 3 yrs . Good food have no complaints. Down the street from UCLA Santa Monica and up the street from the beach . It has a drive-thru??
Place has changed since the coronavirus.Service is slow with new staff. Food is good for a fast food place. Better than the rest. Enjoyed it more back before the virus.
Enjoyed the food here and service was pretty good. We had the croissant with sausage, bacon and egg and a muffin with sausage with wedges, the wedges were really good!
No creamer for my coffee ( should have told me before you handed it to me that you had none) My fault for getting coffee there I guess. My fries were old some ok mixed with old ones. Not cool. I shouldn't be eating fries so I guess this was my punishment also. They were not busy at all.
Manager very friendly, we shared how we both liked the breakfast sandwiches.
I always get through the drivethru really fast! The food is usually really yummy. I'm sad that they took away the pretzel bun though.
