I'm still here and this place is above my expectations. The service is excellent, the music and atmosphere is upbeat - The food is delicious and the prices aren't too high, but it can be a bit pricey if you like Sashimi. This spot is definitely worth a stop if you're in the area and can find parking.
fresh sushi and really well made! If you’re indecisive get the bento box with a main entree+a number of sides. they also have some Korean food. the beef bulgogi is amazing! we were seated fast and the service was good too.
The quality of foods and their service are top class. Very friendly servers and sushi chefs. Especially very experienced manager who turned around this sushi restaurant in less than one month. This only sushi restaurant in Main Street is the place to go eat and order to go. Strongly recommend.
Really delicious and super fresh sushi. Got sake and a bento box it came out immediately. Went on a date with a gf. Def recommend. Also good staff, feels like authentic Japanese.
I don’t hold a phd of Japanese cuisine or anything but girl if you really care about authentic Japanese food stay very far away from this place. I personally traveled to Japan twice and been to tens if not hundreds of Japanese restaurants. 50+ dollars for a chirashi don with only 5 pieces of sushi? Pffff. And the presentation is horrible, plus the waitress tried too hard for her tips. I know I sound rude but just spilling some truth. Happy day.
This is a well deserved 5-star! The staff attended us very quickly and some of the kindest staff that has ever attended me. Enjoying the meal outside late at night with your girlfriend and both of you just enjoying sushi and wine. The experience was wonderful and the wine options are quite great. I've been to many sushi places but this one has by far been the one to most impress me. The food was to die for! Everything was perfect. Flavors were perfectly balanced. My taste buds just felt blessed. If you live in Santa Monica or passing by definitely stop by here! You won't regret it!
My first visit here was 6 years ago and it was the first time I ever found a cucumber wrapped sushi roll! It was delicious then and still wonderful now. Very fresh salmon, yellowtail, and tuna too. Very kind servers and gorgeous plates.

Very good food, waitress was very nice but over worked but always friendly. Parents asked for calamari temp but wanted calamari roll but she gave it to us on the house even tho it was our mistake.
