First off, I feel like the lack of plugs is the biggest current flaw with this place, first it was duct tape over them that the (rather suspicious) guard would reprimand you for peeling off, now blank metal plates. I get that Santa Monica City Hall is worried about the spread of COVID and all, but it’s frustrating how a lot of local cafes close to me don’t have any outlets to charge computers or phones. Also the transients who hog some of the tables are kind of a problem: they might at least have them sit outside and chatter. Fix some of the wobbly tables or at least have more long ones, reinstall the wall plugs, and this CB would’ve as good as it was before tall this pandemic business hit.
Great place, but they have all outlets covered. Sure this might be beneficial at times, but now I have no reason to stop in to drink a coffee and get a 15 minute charge. Them saving ~$0.15 cost them 3 coffees from my group. Found a place a couple doors down that was willing to let paying customers use some power. Sorry guys, I know you're trying to solve one problem, but you are creating a different one.

I gave this location a 3 star entirely based on the employee that works Wednesday morning. This lady is rude and argumentative. If I forget to ask for one thing, and later go back for it, she makes it a point to tell me how I need to ask for it at the time of my visit because I can’t be coming in here till later and get condiments. I’ve been purchasing coffee at this location for two years as I am an employee at the farmers market. Everyone say I hope she will be nicer to me but every Wednesday she greet me with the same attitude she is not customer service oriented at all
Took a break from shopping for a coffee here. Outside seating a good spot for people watching. Coffee surprisingly good but disorganised ordering and could do with a good clean
A very good place for that special occasian.
They didn't have heavy cream and we ordered a Medium Roast i.e. La Cascada and a light roast but we were given the same thing. When we asked which is which the server said both are same, lol. She didn't want to listen anything, just kept saying they are same.
Good cappuccino, but only one serving size. You can not buy a large cup

Great seating available for just people watching, close to a ton of shops as well
