It's a taco bell. You already know all about their food.There's not much in the way of parking and their drive thru exits right into the street so there's no parking and eating in your car or circling back around if you/they forgot something. Not terrible but not the best setup.
It was always a dream to try taco bell one day. It finally came true. I was trying the doritos tacos supreme and they were so good, it was moutwatering. The place was very small, like really small. Just two tablets to Order and the cashier. The staff was nice, not the fastet ones tbh but ok. Outside were like three tables to sit. I really recommend the place.
3rd time from this location for delivery and no sauces as requested. Seriously??. 1 star! Order a lot from you guys, but now will go to the competition.
This is fast food fake Mexican food, so know that if this is your first time. It is bland, it is not great. It is Taco Bell, so know what you are getting. This one is located in Santa Monica Blvd. in the heart to Santa Monica. It has a drive thru and an interior to order food to take outside to their few tables or take to your car. This place is super small. But they have all the same things as any Taco Bell. We had not been in years so we needed some help with the menu, we went inside. the staff was just super nice and that is the best thing I can say about this place. The person that took our order was so kind, as we had a lot of "add this" and "not that." She was really patient with us. The food came out so fast. I think the woman preparing it could hear me as I was trying to figure it out. She did a great job. All that we ordered was there and made the way we asked. The food was not very good. The Chalupa was room temperature and the tacos were okay, but not at all hot. the nachos were awful and went in the trash. So, all in all, the food was bad. But I have had a chalupa before (thick shell) and it was pretty good, so this place just missed the mark. But again, the staff stood out as the best part of the trip. I won't be back to this one, but I do thank them. Without them, this review would read much differently.
Quality is usually good at this location. Drive thru is a little small but you can get through if you know how to drive.

THE KITCHEN LADIES ARE TERRIBLE!!1 I ORDERED SOFT POTATO SOFT TACOS AND THEY MADE THEM WITHOUT CHIPOTLE SAUCE, JUST POTATOES AND CHEESE. HOW LAZY!! I APPROACH THE COUNTER AND ASK FOR THE TACOS TO BE REMADE...THEY REFUSED! ONE OF THE LADIES LITERALLY GRABBED THE CHIPOTLE SAUCE AND SQUEEZED IT ONTO MY TACOS RIGHT THERE!! SHE DID THIS ON THE FRONT COUNTER. THAT IS SO DISGUSTING
The nightly crew as of now has gotten way better with their customers , I notice the change with the speed of waiting at Drive threw here. They've come a long way!Keep up good work guys
This place is proof 15$ an hr is too much for fast food people. Terrible staff never gets the condiments correct. Gave me a small cup because they ran out of large cups and gave me attitude for questioning what the small cup was for
Take out was sealed. Was missing one Chicken Power Bowl. Got 25 packets of hot sauce. One napkin and one fork. Had ordered two chicken power bowls, four crispy tacos and two Pepsi’s. No receipt was enclosed or offered. Service was polite, was not busy. Really, guys? Could you at least tape receipt to bag? ,
