I feel bad saying this because I go here all the time. But, they have tons of workers, all who seem super scared, shy, unorganized…. Everyone doing things EXCEPT helping the customers. You can tell they mean well, but either no one knows what they are doing or they are afraid of making mistakes…. Something. They all move and speak very slowly. I know what’s in the salad more than employees do
Never really wowed by this healthy salad chain. Nice decor and helpful staff - but it’s an overpriced salad at the end of the day in a to go container.

It’s unorganized and slow. Although they have a lot of males working there the employees are untrained, timid and star struck l. I wouldn’t go there even for a pick up order.
They don’t close at 9, they stop getting orders at 8:30
Absolutely love this place! The food is so fresh and flavorful. Wish you could bring one out to the Fort Irwin installation.
Ordered the harvest bowl and a side of buffalo cauliflower. The buffalo cauliflower was extremely cold. Also, I find it weird that you have to download an app to place an order in store.
can’t order without literally putting ur whole info on the app. even then the email verification doesn’t work. stood there 20 mins in a completely empty restaurant just trying to get food at like 3:30 pm. ridiculous

Restaurant not clean. Scary especially due the actual circumstances (Covid-19) - Patio disgusting, table not clean with foods & trash on it. The trash completely full, they weren't busy so it's even worst. Floor dirty too!!! It's seems nobody really care about it! I won't go back. Culver City is much better.
