Customer service (Jesel?) is poor. What happens to the Starbucks trustworthy work ethics?!
If i can give 0 stars i would ! this is the most ridiculous drive-thru Starbucks the attitude is so bad! they do the drinks wrong i have ordered just a regular venti pike with raw sugar and they dont even put the sugar my coffee is only filled up half way sometimes i really have to be checking my coffee all the time! the attitude on that girl Azaya its like ma'm if you dont want to work or get complains that your doing the drinks wrong then i dont know what to tell you ! this is a black coffee venti and they didnt even fill it up everyday is the same thing . And when i brought it to there attention the respond i got back was do you need something free? like NO i need my coffee and get what i paid for !
It pains me to say it, but they really don’t deserve any stars. They frequently make my drink wrong in the drive-through, and I have often had to go inside because they flat out gave me the wrong drink. They have terrible attitudes, and the place looks like it could use a good cleaning inside. I’m over it, they have lost me as a customer. Hopefully I can find a Starbucks that will put some love in making my drink.
They forgot what I asked for specifically It was only whipped cream but still they forgot it ?
Going inside was faster than drive-thru
As of Tuesday November 30th I'm reducing my five star rating down to a two star. I hope the matter can get resolved. Let me explain why: I totally understand that when people go into purchase a cup of coffee that the store says that you need to stay inside in order to get a refill. Due to covid, as well as having other medical issues, I choose to stay outside away from people. I normally will sit in front or stand around back, sip my coffee, and then come back in to get q refill. I do not think it's right or fair that people have to pay twice just to get a refill. I'm not asking for preferential or deferential treatment. There are other stores that have tables outside and people walk back in all the time to get a refill. There are no tables outside here at the store. I just don't think it's right to have to pay twice for a cup of coffee when it's a refill. Our common goal is to stay healthy and safe. Starbucks makes a big deal about that already so This should be a problem.
They did not have my coffee cake this morning that I order with my iced white chocolate mocha. What is this world coming to?
My coworker purchased a latte here. She was happy. She also is a devoted customer.
A dead animal could provide better customer service than the staff here
They opened on time when I was there first thing in the morning. My drink was fresh andnot too shugery
