This location makes more mistakes on a simple drink than any other Starbucks. In one week, I have to ask them to remake my drink 4 times. it is truly unbelievable. I have observed the employees, and honestly, they spend more time chatting than making the drinks, and they are not focused . This experience has left me with such bad taste. I definitely will not be returning to this location. I can say that with certainty, I am not the only one to have experienced this.

3 stars for just being your average Starbucks standard store. There is no bathrooms in this location and absolutely zero seating inside or outside. I can understand if they do not want indoor dining because of Covid, but they should have a few tables outdoors. The staff was friendly and the location was clean from what I could see of it. This os the smallest Starbucks I've seen so I can't compare it to much.
This place is usually crowded meaning service is slow. Bathroom is always a mess. Tables aren't clean. Coffee and food aren't good. Don't blame the homeless people here.Customers are nothing to write about and some staff are not professionally motivated. Too bad because location is good.

2 experiences negatively influence this review. one employee with a smart mouth telling a person to "shut up" and smart mouthed ab0out having to clean up a mess and blaming an individual who didnt make the mess? if this is the environment Starbucks wishes to cultivate in their store? well they should either close shop or fire said employee...
