Customer service is terrible! While you are paying , staff is trying to get orders from another customer even though the store is empty. They are not happy to answer your questions, once I asked the price of two different cakes, the second answer came with rolling eyes... I visit this place quite often , I hope the manager reads this comment and talks with this team.We love the coffee here, but not very happy with the service..
Wow I have never received such terrible service at a Starbucks before...until now at this location.
Was very disappointed by my service. I went in around 6pm and waited due to an employee cleaning the espresso machines- of which is done at closing (9pm).
Evelyn was very unfriendly to make the drinks we customized.
