We got THE GARLIC TRUFFLE with chicken.It was literally the best ramen I’ve EVER Had!!!!The chicken was perfectly cooked, the egg medium.Everything was just perfect.I highly recommend this place.
I like the ramen here, not too soft and the portion is actually quite big. The mushroom is also very delicious. Staff is very friendly as well!
Got the veggie ramen, fried and gyoza and chicken karaage bowl. All in all really fresh and filling! Portion sizes are big so expect to take some food home.The veggie ramen has a veggie broth with miso base so if you like spicy foods I definitely recommend adding chili flakes or chili oil to the ramen. Tofu is super soft but delicious, could be more flavorful.Chicken karaage is a Japanese style fried chicken, which was super flavorful. Chicken was tender and paired perfectly with the rice and other toppings.
We picked this spot specifically because my wife was in the mood for soup; I’m glad she was! This place was a great option with a nice variety. She had the Shoyu Fire, while I had the Crispy Chicken Kasaage and some edamame - both options were delicious! This is one we’ll definitely return to in the future.
Ordered the gyoza (fried) and the classic tonkotsu. The gyoza was fried perfectly and the sauce it came with was absolutely delicious. The classic tonkotsu was so flavorful. Creamy broth, tender pork and the whole meal was just wonderful.
I've never had Ramen before and it was absolutely delicious. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean.
Wow! I'm glad I found this little gem in the time that I was around the area, because it was delicious! So much so that I visited two days in a row.On the first day, I tried The Blaze, which was their spicy tonkotsu ramen. The creamy pork broth was as advertised, extremely creamy with a very nice kick of spicy. The ramen noodles themselves were also cooked to a perfect texture. The only fault I found was the pork protein, which I found a little underwhelming. However, that wasn't going to stop me from coming back the second day to try... The Garlic Truffle ramen.The Garlic Truffle ramen had such a nice scent and flavor of truffle, and I was craving this because my friend had ordered this the first day. Hitting it up once again with the pork protein, this time around it was delicious and soft with a slight char, so I'll ignore my pork experience from the previous day. This is the first time I've ever come across a truffle ramen before and it'll definitely be making me crave more.Overall, very generous portions and very delicious creamy broth. My friend also ordered the Chicken Karaage Bowl which came with a loooot of deliciously krisp chicken on top.
