Visiting from Australia. The only thing the lady at the counter wanted was for me to write great feedback. Sorry. My fries were cold, limp, and greasy. Had to ask for a replacement. You would have thought I had asked for a blood donation! Replacement fries were Luke warm. The hot dog was gross. Pathetic, tiny, steamed bun and a sausage that gave me heartburn. The outside seating area was dirty, with food scraps, paper towels strewn about. I very rarely write 2 Star reviews but, sometimes, it has to happen.
Food was absolutely delicious. I ordered the shroom burger it was so nice and crispy if a bit small for the price. I got the Milk and cookies shake and it was smooth and sweet just what i was looking for. 10/10 I will be returning
The food was hot and delicious. This restaurant does not offer a combo meals of any kind. All food items are indivially price which causes it to be more expensive. We both had a double cheeseburgers, regular fries, and milkshakes for the size of a child. Total cost around $40.00.
White cashier with glasses was very rude. Very rude. Clearly hates her job. After rudely taking our order she asked us to write a review. Not sure why. Understaffed, only 1 register open. All tables were dirty. Food was good.
Pretty good, not amazing, not terrible, but good for fast food (but expensive).My girlfriend got the holiday shakes, they were good but I've had better. They tasted very very sweet and artificial, not really fresh real ingredients.I ordered the chicken sandwich and truffle burger. Both tasted good, but were very small considering the price.Overall was good, but probably won't be back for awhile, there's better chicken sandwiches, burgers, and shakes out there.
Strawberry shake was pretty good cheese fries were okay the burger was a disappointment, I'm not going to eat here again. Customer service was good the ambiance was okay, I might come back to get another shake but I'm never getting their burgers again. The two stars is for the burger, I got a shake shack single it was $6 and a giant disappointment.
My His experience at this location was horrible right from the get go. Customer service was horrible buger was gross fries over cook and burn pieces. It may a long to come to this location. Definitely needs improving in all areas of this restaurant..the location in west Hollywood is the best one I been in l.a. ... I understand this is location has not been for long..
Just bit into this totally uncooked chicken nugget...so beyond disgusted and upset. Can’t get ahold of a manager or anyone to get a refund for this salmonella meal I was served....UPDATE- still have no heard a thing…seems like the owner responds to every other comment but mine…

I ordered a small fry n a hot honey glazed chicken sandwich. No Drink. I payed $12 +I waited in a line but didn't understand why they only had ONE cashier working? Not Worth the money nor the wait time in line.Inside was clean but dinning room closed bcuz of pandemic.
