No hesitation giving this place five stars. I'm mostly about the food more than the ambience and found this to be a great place for a casual (not late, they close at 8pm) dinner.I had the pan-seared Halibut that was probably one of the best I've ever had. My friends had sesame crusted tuna and a mussel dish that looked divine. The all-seafood appetizers did not disappoint either! And to top it off we had a nice bottle of pinot grigio that went perfectly with our food!($270 for four people)

Well kept and large variety of seafood in their market area. We had lunch in their cafe and it was quick and tasty. We found it reasonably priced and would recommend to anybody to go here for fresh seafood or a meal. 2 entrees, a soup and an IPA came to $100.We picked up some things for a seafood boil and they even offered us some ice packs since we had an hour drive ahead of us. Very thoughtful of them.

i was glad to visited this restaurant because i like seafood very much.i like the idea the restaurant combine with a seafood market.ordered the ciopinno, it's tomato soup base with assorted seafood stew. The soup was tasty (not the creamy type). I like the fresh ingredients. i like the fish pieces the most. Other ingredients includes mussels, clam, big shrimp, squid.the stew came with two pieces of grilled bread, perfect pair with the soup.edit:visit number 2: ordered the halibut, which was a big piece of good quality fish. It was skin-less, seared. Pesto dressing was light but perfectly paired with the fish and asparagus, love them both. love the potato too.visit number 3: ordered the strip bass. love the crispy skin, soft fish texture. Also love the dressing sweetness mixed with the vinaigrette. It was tasty. Love the cauliflower, everything on the plate.Love this restaurant. Thank you chef.

We stopped in after having breakfast in the area. I wanted to show my mom the fresh fish… secretly hoping she’d get inspired to make dinner at my house. Don’t forget to grab a number when you walk in. The service is fast. My mom picked up a few pieces and came home and made a delicious dinner. Mission accomplished!

On our way to airport we decided to have a quick lunch and were pleasantly surprised with the place and the choice. The food was excellent as well as service.

If you are craving fresh seafood, don’t look any further. Don’t expect fancy vibes, but expect top notch, fresh seafood, with friendliest staff. I had better sea food than 99% of high end places. I highly recommend this place.

The service was above and beyond. We were placed on a waiting list as this place seemed to be busy but the in-house market kept us busy long enough to not even notice the wait time. I liked that the QR code was available right at the hostess' podium so that I could quickly or leisurely browse the menu. We were seated by the window which was a plus. Our server greeted us promptly and was not over bearing. When taking our order she was consise and helpful when needed and most importantly she repeated back what we ordered. The food was amazing. 5/5 will recommended anyone to experience this lovely restaurant. The oysters were very delicious, the King crab bisque was exquisite, the steamed mussels were amazing and the fish tacos were great as well. As this was our first time here we ordered 1 of each fish taco. We loved the shrimp and grilled fish one, but the battered fish taco was not our favorite although it was still delicious. We plan to return here to try the other food menu items before our trip is done.

Going to dinner there at around 5 o'clock was perfect timing! Less worries about Covid as not crowded and amazed so many people showed up with masks on. That's our Westside showing up! Slow to get service (the server Gibran seemed "entitled" and not very responsive unless constantly bugged! we did not care for him). But the food was fantastic. I had the PAN-ROASTED BAJA STRIPED BASS at $28 which was amazing. I asked for roasted potatoes instead of the mishmash of veggies that is pre-prepared and had to pay additional $8 to have. The broccolini also extra was great too. My husband had some shrimp wrap which he loved.

We came here for an early dinner while visiting Santa Monica and loved the food. The quality is amazing and the fresh fish is excellent. The only reason we deducted a star was because we had to ask for water refills 3 times before we had water to eat our meals. Our favorite dish was probably the cioppino and the best starter was probably the crab cakes. Definitely recommend if you're in the area. We paid a total of $148 for 3 meals and 3 appetizers.

We came here on Ash Wednesday to help us veer off on eating meat. They had a lot of very fresh seafood selections, seafood salads and also has a cafe that offer delicious seafood dishes. We specially enjoyed the different seafood salads which you can buy per weight. The octopus salad, indian candy (it's like a fish jerky) and the pickled anchovies were exceptional. The poke selections are goos too. The cioppino has a very delectable sauce. The only thing is that we missed the crabs in it which we particularly enjoy specially in the cioppinos in San Francisco, but it's still delicious.
