Had a great trip here last Saturday. Such a warm welcome from Rocco when we came in and there was a great variety of cheesecakes available. We chose the classic and the white velvet - both were delicious, so fluffy, full of flavour , we can't wait to come back for more. The staff are so kind and all in all it was a great experience. Let's keep this guy going during these tough times for small businesses...grab a slice you won't be disappointed.
Been going here to get what are truly amazing and original cheesecakes. I am very picky with desserts. I may not be using the correct words to describe my experience as I am not a food critic, but I do paint so all I can say is his cheesecakes are so delicately and artistically layered. With each bite I can taste when some slight citrus note or a spice comes in and complements yet strategically does not over power the composition. I know it sounds goofy - but I close my eyes and the flavors really pop for me. Does that make sense? Anyway that’s how his cheesecakes make me feel - like I am tasting the process. It’s so fun and so delicious!!! If you have not tried his cheesecakes please do. You will not be disappointed.
Johnny the owner makes the most creative cheesecake in Santa Monica. He puts lots of love? and attention on each slice of his cake ? try the tiramisu. Out of this world
Such a wonderful cheesecake bakery I had the pleasure to visit. Endless flavor combinations and some pretty unique combinations Im sure you can’t find anywhere else. Owner is literally one of the most amazing people I’ve yet to meet. Store also has such an amazing vibe.
Johnny Rocco makes the best cheesecake in this city, hands down. I seriously rotate between my five favorite options. Add to the fact that Johnny’s a heck of a guy and a pleasure to chat with, makes that yrip even more worthwhile. Keep up the good work!!

Good selection of keto cheese cakes and cookies. Lots of interesting flavor choices. Portions are small but selection makes up for it. I'd go back if they made a milk tea flavor or some other asian flavors. Of the ones I tried, I think the raspberries and cream could use a little more sugar. I tend to prefer less sugar but this one had almost none. Not sure what kind of sugar they use for keto but monk fruit sugar is a good choice.
Every time we visit Santa Monica we make sure to eat Rocco’s cheesecakes. My wife specially loves that they have keto cheesecakes.
We read the great reviews and decided to try their vegan cheesecakes, but they were not good. Everyone was friendly inside but the cheesecakes didn’t taste right - incorrect texture, not enough sugar, and overpriced ?. And now responding to below - yes, color me surprised as well! Confused how you’re still in business, but as with most of the reviews, people seem to like you more than the desserts. I was trying to be nice with 3 stars but we actually threw away 80% of the 5 cheesecakes we bought. Good luck!
