The coffee is good, the service is consistently bad. This morning, for instance, my iced coffee came hot (even though the label on the cup said iced) and the burrito order was canceled because they were out... 10 minutes after I ordered it. The people are nice, the coffee is good, and every time I stop here I pray to the gods that another coffee shop nearby starts opening before 8a.
The coffee here is imo super good. The staff here are always really friendly and helpful. Sometimes people are very rude to them and it makes no sense (not that rudeness is ever justified). The whole business model is they offer made to order coffee that has to take time. If you are in a serious rush just go somewhere else!
I'm not into iced coffee but the Mint Mojito iced has changed my mind. Have it Philz way its the best way (for me). Im glad to see it hasnt closed.
Great food. I ordered the Rose Coffee, it was a bit to bitter for me but not to bad! Would reccommend. Nice atmosphere.
The coffee was great but the bathroom was unacceptable. It was the grossest experience I've had in a few years and it seemed like it hadn't been cleaned in a while.. That just ruins the otherwise amazing experience.
Good decent coffee. Staff very helpful and professional. Service is excellent. At times crowded and wait long, but what is the hurry. Enjoy your day and drink that cup.Get something to go with it.
Am totally amazed and impressed with this coffee house. Thank you so very much for my new favorite iced coffee, Iced Coffee Rosé!! This coffee house, will make your drink "One cup at a time". The friendly souls making your cup are genuinely happy and friendly. Also, they really know how to make a great drink. Thank you very much, will definitely go back as much as possible.
Coffee and food are both fine/good. If you put in a mobile order, do so 30min in advance because it’s highly likely the pick-up time will be no less than 10-15min behind schedule from what the app tells you. Save yourself the stress of standing around waiting for it and just assume they’ll always be late.
Honestly, not worth the hype.Coffee was okay, I guess I was expecting more?Mint Mojito tasted like sweet mint, would not visit again.Staff was also not overly friendly by any means
