An amazing dining experience. The food is sublime and the service is exemplary. The staff went above and beyond to make it possible. A member of our party stepped out for a few minutes right before main courses were brought to the table, we asked if they could take them back to the kitchen and keep them heated; instead, they remade all the main courses again!! Highly recommend this place, you will not be disappointed. Worth every penny!

We had an amazing experience. Our server Kat provided friendly service and outstanding suggestions and information about what to order. Each inventive dish touched all sensory pallets. Visually as well. Make an effort to come here. It's worth it!

Great place to eat decadent food! Superb recipes.Daniel, was our server and has done a fabulous job. Very pleasant person!Great experience!

this is the best restaurant in Santa Monica, and the best French food in southern California. chef Dave and the team are impeccable. you don't get two restaurants with Michelin stars within 2 years of opening otherwise. anything Dave Beran opens is a must visit.

Amazing! Worth every penny of the experience from the host to the GM. Paul was our server and was fantastic. The only critique of the food would be that the steak cut is a tad fatty but that is par for the course for the cut of meat. My friend has the pork shoulder which was amazing. Highly recommend.

First time here, fantastic all around! Incredible food, beautiful presentation and friendly, attentive staff. Will definitely go back to try other dishes.

What a find. Everyone and their mother will talk about the brioche and liver mousse, which is a five-star dish. What they will forget to also talk about is the five-star perfectly dressed simple salad. They'll also forget the five-star crab appetizer. They'll forget the five-star au gratin potatoes. They'll forget the five-star perfectly cooked steak. They'll forget the five-star souffle with the five-star ice cream. They'll forget the five-star sommelier and the five-star waitstaff. We didn't forget those. Go here, sit, and enjoy a fantastic French dinner.

I thought it was very good, wasn’t blown away. Little bit disappointed being seated in the bright front room for a special occasion, the view of the kitchen isn’t that interesting. Food was tasty, however they seemed to be cutting corners which was a little irritating. The chicken liver brioche was wonderful except no shaved truffles, instead a shallot truffle jam that was too sweet. The 3-ways pressed duck is certainly a rarity here in the states, however it’s served up all at once pre-made on plates without the “show”, so the $195 price tag (for 2) seemed a little excessive since freshness is what that “show” is about. The duck bread pudding was amazing and reminded me of a meal I once had in Colmar, sliced breast was rare and also very good, duck salad was just meh and a hard pass for me (where did the crispy duck skin go?). Service was fine, candle in our chocolate soufflé was a nice thought. However the overall experience just didn’t feel at all special given the universally glowing reviews and recent Michelin star. I guess I just don’t see it. Expected something… more than a standard Paris bistro experience? Anyway, not sure I would enthusiastically recommend, I’m torn. It’s a perfectly fine solid B bistro, although we will probably not go back. For that kind of money I’d like a more memorable or unique experience - and I really did want to love this place - but sadly it wasn’t so much for us.

Incredible dining experience - my wife and I went for dinner and we both were blown away with the service, ambiance and the food.We had some apps, cocktails (all of them awesome) and each had a fish plate. The food was all very well prepared, layering and building different tastes. The halibut was especially good, buttery and cooked perfectly. Highly recommend the crab appetizer as well, great portion size. Lastly, get the dessert, it’s worth it.The service and ambiance were above average. We liked the bigger table size. The server was super personable yet discreet. The cherry on top, service is included in the price, but we were happy to add something extra after the blast we had.

Yesterday was my birthday so I chose Pasjoli a month ago as my dinner location and I am very glad that I did so. Dinner was truly delicious and our server MyLaura was very polite and attentive. Parking on this side of town can be difficult but there are many pay lots available and I was able to find one a half block away. Inside is really beautiful with a very classy modern French design. For my starter I chose the crabe et chou-fleur and I loved it. It was very unique and the marinated crab was really plentiful and delicious. For my entree I chose the loup de mer et fenouil because seabass is my favorite fish and it did not let me down. The lobster reduction in the sauce on the bottom was a great combo with the crispy seabass. Finally for my dessert I chose the soufflé au chocolat and it was the perfect end to the meal.I can easily see why this restaurant has a Michelin star. It was an all around great experience and I would recommend to anyone.
