The girl at the counter is miserable. The staff talks too much while they are supposed to be working. I waited for my order longer than expected. I even ordered on line because I needed to be quick due to my friend being in labor and needing a drink . When I received my “smoothie” it was a juice . What a terrible first/last experience. Not to mention I had to keep my car running because it was too hot for my baby who was fussy. Just terrible service and the workers cannot read a room

I literally used to LOVE this place and come here daily, but I don’t know what the heck happened but their smoothies are absolutely disgusting now. I got a berry banana smoothie and it tastes like Tar or Gasoline. I took 1 sip and had to instantly throw it away. This store needs professional staff desperately and people that care about the business. Whoever the management is needs to just run it themselves because this was a HORRIBLE experience and it’s really sad because like I said I was a regular at Nekter and loved it. Won’t be returning to this location that’s for sure.

Even though they have very tasty smoothies. They have the worst customer service. I have had multiple bad experiences there waiting for 20+ minutes to order(no line) and the one person working there was gone in the kitchen or somewhere.Another time I drove there within their open hours and the person working there (apparently the manager not the owner) closed the door and didn’t allow us in, in a very rude way even though they were not having any other customer and it wasn’t passed their hours. With every single time disappointing experiences I will not go there again and wont recommend anyone else go there too until they have a better management and enough people to work there!

Horrible smoothies. Berry banana had no flavor and was filled with chunks of ice; watermelon berry was overly sweet and watery. Combined with the bad service (had to wait 7 minutes to order even though there’s was no one else) and the prices this place is worth 0 stars.

This is one of the most frustrating experiences Ive had — took an awesome orange theory class with the hope of grabbing a quick bowl at nektar afterwards only to have waited 30+ minutes and my order screwed up. There were two young girls working behind the counter— this place needs better management because this is outrageous. Why did i have to wait the length of a seated dinner for a simple smoothie bowl?

Don’t go here. Not only were the employees unfriendly and didn’t smile at all, the service was extremely slow and they messed up 2 of our orders. We explicitly asked for peanut butter and they put almond butter on both of our items. The entire place was filthy, and there were boxes of frozen fruit labeled “keep frozen” laying out all over the humid and stuffy store. This is unsanitary, and unacceptable. Not only is it terrible customer service and probably a health concern, but the products are super underwhelming and low quality. Overall, just avoid this place at all costs.

I walked into and their were two guys behind the counter working. One making smoothies or whatever and the other one dealing with a customer. When the cashier dealing with the customer was finished, it was my turn to order, but he tells me right away I need a mask or a proof of vaccination. Yeah, NO SIGN out front saying I needed either of those things. So I go back out to my car to get it, come back, go to the cash register or counter to order, and the employee was gone. The other employee was still making smoothies. When the smoothie making employee was finished, he went to the back room... for five minutes (maybe even longer), so I left, and said "Alright." If you are inpatient like me and just want a smoothie... don't go to this location. Also, the other customer when I left was still waiting for his smoothie, when I saw it FINISHED sitting on the counter in the back, but the two employees were no where to be found!!! I laugh about it now, haha. I don't know if service is always slow there since I was visiting from Minnesota.

Very poorly managed. Consistently long wait times even when there’s minimal traffic. Orders are wrong, staff is stressed and over worked, so I don’t blame them. Nekter sells a good product but they have really failed at this location.

I honestly don't think I have ever left a restaurant or business a one star review, but after the experience we had, the one star is unfortunately deserved. We had placed our order online a full day in advance. We received no indication that our order would not be able to be fulfilled. This was for our group of 28. Additionally, I had attempted to call the restaurant several times just to give them the courtesy of a heads up for our large group. However, the line rings busy every-time you call, and there is no way of reaching anyone on the phone. I received a call from the manager about an hour before we were supposed to pick up our order. He asked for additional time to complete the order. We agreed to give them an additional hour to complete the order. When we went to pick up the order over an hour after it was supposed to be complete, it was still not done. We ended up waiting another hour and half to only receive 18 of our 28 orders, almost 3 hours past when the order was supposed to be done. When we asked the employees on site, we were told that we did not submit our order in advance and that we were liars. They were rude and dismissive, and upset that we had ordered a large quantity of food from their restaurant... After a couple of days, I called the manager's number to discuss a resolution. I even sent proof of our order that we submitted the day before that I received confirmation for via email, along with proof of several attempted phone calls I made the day before, although, it seems very silly we had to prove ourselves of these things... I asked for a full refund because of our poor experience, or at the bare minimum be refunded for the meals not received. I was told there was nothing he could do for us. A lengthy, but warranted review as I have never experienced something like this at an establishment. I would suggest you find somewhere else for your smoothie and acai bowl needs.

20$ in juices and bathrooms. No sign on the door warning you either. The city should shut it down. Glad we didn't order a bowl. No way to ensure food safety or hygiene if you can't wash before consuming food.
