Usually a great experience but this morning it seems to have been taken over by the bloods or the crips. Loud gangster music from the back, competing with the normal elevator music from the front, service was dog slow, employees not friendly and dancing around in the kitchen instead of working. Should not hire gangsters, what is wrong with you? Completely unacceptable behavior.
Went to the MacDonalds pico blvd, Santa Monica I visit there a lot work in the area, I was going to purchase me a Ice Coffee what I always get for $1.08for what they advertised. The young man this morning told me that they are not longer 99 cent with taxes 1.08 they are regular price which he was trying to charge me 2.99 when the advertisement on the front window clearly stated 99 cent. I was very disappointed that the young man was trying to up the price. I guess because I am African American.
It's amazing how you can spend $500.00 @ McDonald's if you really appreciate it and someone else done told ya that ya could not get the total that high!!!
On Pico in Santa Monica.Fast,efficient drive-thru service.Make sure when you order large fries they give you large.Now almost 4 bucks!
This is the worst McDonald’s ever I don’t even want to order food from ever again. I ordered something before breakfast started on DoorDash so they took forever to make the food and actually didn’t even make it at all they told him that they’re no longer serving nuggets but breakfast so they pretended like they were making my food for over 45 minutes knowing that they didn’t want to make me fresh nuggets and fries. So they told DoorDash driver that they were not serving nuggets but only breakfast!!!!
Quick drive-thru good service love their special deals $2 frappuccinos mocha my favorite thing in the world! Too bad the ones in antelope valley rip off their employees don't want to work at those ones that you'll be wasting your life maybe this one's better I don't know yet! A bad experienceI came to this place to get me a burger to eat I was really hungry , the cashier lady was not friendly, and when they called my number they forgot my coffee I had to to ask them for it. Also they wouldn't give a straw until again I ask them for one, but the worst thing of all is that my burgers patty was raw I hope it doesn't make me sick and that they cook the patties better in the future.I'm forced to give it one star but it don't deserve it
Very sad that this is the worst McDonald's I have ever been. Really really bad service in every aspect. No one is coordinated. I'm giving my review because I've Always had bad experience in this location, since it's the closest one, I have gone a lot of times and Every time is something wrong with my order. Not complete, wrong items, expired milk, charge me for items I didn't order, incomplete change, cheeseburger WITHOUT patty nor cheese (only mustard and pickles) big Mac with only 3 cookies inside the big Mac box instead of the big Mac etc....

The worst mcdonalds i'd been to. I waited 45 minutes in line (drive thru). The guy didn't even say hi when he was taking my order, he talked to us like if he was tired of listening. When we finally got our order.... fries were cold and hard, sandwich boxes had oil or mayo on the outside. THEY DIDN'T GIVE US straw or napkins! The lettuce on my burger was bad and mushy and sauce all dripped on the side. Horrible. I'm definitely not coming back and I recommend you not to waste your time at this FAST FOOD McDonald's location.
