The service is usually quick, and the people who work there are friendly. I don't understand why they only have 1 toy for happy meals. It doesn't matter when you order a happy meal, the owner this franchise just has one toy out of the whole series. My kids get sad because they look forward to happy meals, but get sad over getting the same toy repeatedly.
One of my fonder memories of childhood is mcdonalds with my parents and their golden delicious french fries. that was my favorite part about McDonald's remembering also that no other restaurant had fries quite like there's and how we couldn't wait till we got home to dig in to them and by the time we got home most of them were gone. Sadly in the present day this isn't the case with the iconic All American golden arch food chain. I don't know if it's a generation of jaded social media robot employees or poor management or maybe even the lack of Health Department presence. But the standard of quality and consistency of delicious McDonald's I once knew is no longer and the experience I had at this particular location was the final blow for me. So much so as to make a decision to walk away from this food chapter of my life indefinitely. Little Pro tip for you guys working at Mickey D's: change the deep fryer oil on the regular 2 keep those Fry's golden instead of Brown and fishy tasting!
Tried to order on the self kiosk and when I got to the beverage area, it told me that the product was unavailable and then tried to exit and it wouldn't allow me to exit the program. Ended up having to order from the counter. Two other people after me had issues trying to order from the kiosk as well. I think they need to fix the issues. Also, no napkins available at the condiment stand and it was dirty as well. Dining room seems to get neglected often. I told a manager about the napkins and no one refilled them during the 25 minutes I was there.Fries are never full when receiving a large order. Don't understand why they can't fill them when you pay for a large.
Great and friendly staff. Good fast food and they service the customers very fast.Parking can be a problem. Big issue is homeless people around the restaurant.Yesterday around 5 a half naked man hit my car and a white car next to me and caused some damage. At night when its dark and there are less people around ladies for safety reasons please lock your door and even better if you have someone with you.
Well like all fast food restaurants the experience seems to be the same. Rush hour at lunch time is quite the scene. Specially when you happen to get a bit more than you payed for, quite the bargain to have got a good price on the full on eye candy that came my way by a homeless fellow that was a bit thirsty and decided to stroll on through Non Chilant with his beltless chinos half way down his knees exposing *The Nutrages Double Scoop* package.. Ouch!! My Eyes!! Lol...4 brights on that note ?
Been going for about a month as I work with delivery partners. The staff was helpful. Three sugars and three creamers is my fave for coffee:) love the make up
at 2:00 am you can expect the sweetest staff, fresh fries, extra ketchup and no complaints if your app isn't working. Thanks ya'll! One of my fave drive-thru on the westside
Onions everytime I say no onions. The guy on late night shift always asks for your Instagram and it makes me hella uncomfortable. Prob won’t come back to this location. Pictured is the pile of onions I scraped off next to the simple sticker that says no onions.
Always good service and consistent, which is what you want and expect. Been coming to this location my entire life, never a problem. Good memories of meeting Ronald here when I was a little kid, took a pic with him and they made the photo into a button you could wear! Very efficient workers, clean, tasty and hot food. This is one of the better McDonald's in the world I have decided! You won't be disappointed.
I went to the restaurant location to pick up my order after being discharged after a poisonous spider bite. I was still a big groggy and my hand and arm obviously still swollen. I went across the street to pick up my medication from CVS upon opening my order I obviously ate the famous McDouble first. I realized that it was not a McDouble and a single padding then I bit into my McChicken and realized it was from yesterday as it was cold and the lettuce was wet. After being disappointed by these two items I then bit a tiny corner off of the pie because I already felt the box and realized that the pie seem like it had been in the fridge. I ordered a guava pie but instead received an apple pie because they have not updated their system or someone has their inventory wrong. I then returned to the restaurant and the manager proceeded to argue with me. Even stating that she has the receipt for my order and that it was a cheeseburger. I had to get my mobile order up on my phone to show her that she was wrong. Customer shouldn't have to do this or go through this and to be called a liar.
