Soooo gross. I ordered pick up and first of all, it’s an umami burger and they must just have some old “sushi” around that they pack up? Second of all it tasted and looked unfresh. Truly disgusting- never again.
We couldn’t believe that they were not only crazy late but that the order we paid for 3 people wouldn’t fully feed one. The quality was not so bad (despite hot things being cold and cold things being not cold) (and we are NOT a big people) but the serving size was like for mini people.
It really wasn’t as bad as people are saying but it’s also absolutely not worth the price. For a similar price to the Krispy heaven and forever Krispy rice (which is what we got) you can get the trust me from Sugarfish which is better quality, travels better, and is the same amount of food. The fried shrimp was actually pretty ok (not undercooked), as was the salmon nigiri (though the rice was weirdly small and tiny). The crispy rice with different fish on top was a bit fishy. They use imitation crab in the California roll. It’s passable but I probably wouldn’t order from here again.
Do not order from here. I placed a delivery order thru uber eats and this place lied about the delivery time. A 45 minute to an hour estimate turned into a 2+ hr ordeal for a smaller order. I should’ve ordered from their parent restaurant Katsuya; it would’ve been quicker. Pay attention to the other reviews. DO NOT give this place a chance.
Gave my order away to someone else and it took over 2 hours to get two basic boxes with sushi.
Always a long wait, even when it is not busy. I would avoid. The food is average anyways. Don't even bother ordering online. You'll probably eat faster cooking your own meal than waiting at the door.
The 2 stars are only because the crispy shrimp, gyoza and rice paper "handrolls" were passable. The namesake Krispy Rice were basically inedible: greasy, tiny and hard. Worst was the yellowtail jalapeno "sashimi", which were literally cut into half-inch baby food-sized bites. Barely enough there in a bite to even taste the fish.

overpriced, portions were small, they messed up our order and the food wasn’t good. nasty and greedy.
