super busy Saturday afternoon and the staff was still able to manage a smile and pleasantries with the customers.
The customer service levels fantastic.The lady farzana was nice and polite and Friendly and knowledgeable staff.my sandwich was yummy and the employee behind the counter was super nice and helpful. Probably one of the best Mike's way experiences I've had. Bonus points for accessible hand sanitizer. The location is close enough to walk to on my lunch break too.The veggies are quite fresh, service is quick and efficient especially during busy lunch times, and quality is pretty good. My sandwich is always made properly and it doesn’t fall apart. thank you ?
The food is good. The problem is how this organization trains their employees. Regardless of the location, they are all very artificial, "fake nice" if you will. I feel like I'm at Enterprise Car Rental. Worst of all, they haven't allowed indoor dining for the longest time. Practically everywhere else does at this point. Get with it already. The employee gave the worst reason ever for this when I asked, saying that no one on staff knew how to verify vax cards. This easy, look at it! Brainless. Needless to say, I will be going elsewhere.
This place is usually good. Sandwiches are fresh.Try the Philly Cheese and bbq.Staff is quick, friendly and professional. My favorite.
After a long shift at work and an even longer week, I decided that a sub would make my night a little better. I would have been happy with just leaving with a sandwich. But thanks to Elton and Penelope I left with some of the best customer service of my life. It made my night. From the second I entered and was greeted to me leaving was a perfect customer experience. I’ve been coming to Jersey Mikes for years and usually everything is good but, thanks to Elton and Penelope I will definitely return to this location and more often. Also Elton is the Man on the grill! Amazing Philly! Thanks for everything guys!!!
I was pleasantly surprised by Jersey Mike’s high quality and great tasting food. My family and I came in fifteen minutes before it closed, and the workers were happy to help. This was our first time eating here, and we got the original Italian and thought it was the best sub we’ve ever had! Much better than subway; we will be coming again soon!

I go to this store all the time.Best customer service! the little girl that works there is amazing.farr so nice and polite. After the first couple weeks she already remembered my sandwich.It feels so good to feel welcomed. I'm in and out quick and they make my sandwich perfect. Never messy! It's also the cleanest too! The veggies and bread are very fresh every time I go.They employees are on top of it and are soo polite.Don't be afraid to ask. If you want something fast and quick this is the place to be. They do a good job keeping the place clean.They have made me a regular customer. It makes you want to come back.up the good work!

the food was beyond fresh. The customer service from (lady :; farazana) was PERFECT .she seemed pretty patient with customers who were confused about available options. she at the register was quite competent and able to handle point rewards and coupons.The Manager Juan is the manager who taught her what she knows and he is a great leader. I highly promote this location and recommend it to others. A+
